Do most female Hot Toys tend to look like the characters from Team America? Because Spectre's head looks about a size too big.

The costume looks horrible, imo. As is the case with a lot of 12 inch figure clothing. All the places the costume should be tight, it isn't. And yes, the head is a tad too big. I actually prefer the older costume...but whether or not that would look good is another thing.
