For 3.75", I'd be happy with a Manadrin, Iron Patriot/Detroit Steel and another War Machine. Any others would be bonus.

For 6", a new comic-styled War Machine would be nice. Maybe a Mandarin too.

More IM2 less Avengers/ASM. Don't do the 6 inch thing anymore so I don't care.

BAD GUYS BAD GUYS BAD GUYS! I can't say this enough! I understand the economics of "why" we get multiple armors (reusable parts/molds). I absolutely reject the idea that "bad guys don't sell".

Show me some bad guys. Even a 3 to 1 ratio would be great. You have all these cool characters from the comics to pull from, I hope they use them.

I absolutely agree that we need more villains and they are often the highlights of these lines. I will say that I loved the IM2 line as he is probably the only character for whom the repaints and concept figures make any sense. Thor, Cap, and Spider-Man have no business with these wacky non-comic figures.

I want more villians too, but let's also not forget Tony has a diverse support staff and people have comic armor preferences. That being said, that means COVER THE ARMORS THAT HAVEN'T BEEN MADE YET(this leads to easy complete "hall of armors" box set sales later and they are only missing 1 or 2 anyway from being complete)! We don't need new molds of stuff already covered. We need new molds of stuff not covered alongside the support staff and stark made armored allies like Rescue(which can also add more concept armor variety for 3 packs).

Some of the movie concepts I can let slide since a lot of them seem to be showing up randomly in the comics now with the Marvel Now Ironman comic. One or two even showed up over in the Ultimates ongoings.

Then yes, villians.
Pump them out.
Ultron ironman variations, Doom Ironman just for giggles(if possible, or concept armor as "Ambassador Armor"), the other crimson dynamo variations, Blizzard, Whirlwind, Detroit Steel, Madame Masque(BW mold new head?), etc.

Maybe even have more fun with the Concept armors and do a series of stark designed IMs for others. Like FF Ironman, Fantastic 4 Ironman, DarkHawk Ironman, Venom Ironman, Galactus Ironman, Nova Ironman, Iron Captain America, Iron Winter Soldier, Night Thrasher Ironman, Daredevil Ironman, Sentinel Ironman, Nimrod Tech Ironman etc. Bastion Ironman, Hydra Ironmen trooper builders, etc.
