Unless they complained about it when the cartoon originally aired it's probably too late for the real Misfits to do anything about it now. When the show originally aired the band had already broken up, Danzig had moved on to Samhain and his solo career and Jerry and Doyle briefly quit music then formed a Christian metal band. Since they were busy with other stuff they may have either not know or not bothered to try to fight Hasbro over the band name. And now both properties have coexisted for decades there's really not much that they could do to stop Hasbro from using the name, and it also seems like the band prefers to fight each other in court rather than anyone else.

It was called Kryst the Conqueror. If you're a Misfits fan it's interesting to check out once, but no it's not great. Some parts of songs were reworked into late era Misfits songs. Ultimately it was proof that Jerry and Doyle needed Danzig more than Danzig needed them.
