I was just reading a Mattel Q & A and it seems that we really really need to support the 4 packs. After they ship the already announced product this could be the end of the line.
They are already basically saying that this line will be available only on mattycollector.com. So if you are out there thinking about buying... now is time. I may even buy a second one of each myself just to help the line. |

Can't say I'll be too saddened. Without modern media to back it up, or at least mildly better articulation, the only ones I ever picked up were the GL packs. Though I may have to change my mind if they add arisia to the JLU packs.
Personally, I've grown more fond of the DCIH figures, well at least if they improve articulation and character support. I've been collecting titans and GL in that now instead. As much as I've liked the animated series toys, after the LoSH line fiasco(I still want the techno-being Brainiac 5 figure T_T), and lack of accessories to many(also my DCIH complaint) I'm ready to just hop lines. If it being off shelves means better attention to other lines and availability, I'm all for it. |

The new toon toys they showed off but never hit shelves ever for the LoSH cartoon. And I was actually looking forward to the future superman figure too.

Instead, Brave and the Bold was the next animated property line, incorporating Batman and DC of all eras. Skipping LoSH entirely, and just giving us the LoSH pack in JLU instead. They just barely did The Batman's JL too. Those I kinda wish had better circulation or multipacks as well. Last edited by Snowflakian; 08-17-2009 at 07:58 PM.. |
