I've just recently got into collecting figures other than transformers and I'm putting together a justice league and avengers display.
My question is... What batman and superman figures are decent for a 6" justice league display? I've been picking up figures from the brightest day line for the display I.e Martian manhunter, firestorm, aquaman and green arrow and I have a green lantern from the blackest night series Any pictures of your JL display would be cool! |

Sounds like you're only collecting DCD, which I really don't know much about.
I *do* know that they're on the cusp of releasing the entire current Justice League in one go here in a few months, in the form of the new 52. Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Flash, Aquaman, Green Lantern, and Cyborg.

Welcome to DCUC.info - the DC Universe Classics Info Archive - action figures news, photos and more.... That should help you determine which figures have the look you want specific to the characters you want to include. If you check the 6" Modern Avengers advice thread, you will see you're not alone with the venture of a Avengers/JL display. Several of us are also gathering the figures up for our own unique versions of one. Can't wait to see yours too!

Took me awhile to complete mine. Can you believe I started my collection way back with Detective Batman back in DCUC wave 1, missed the Aquaman in wave 2, but managed to bring it all together without resorting to eBay? All I can say is Thank God for that Wal-Mart two pack featuring Aqua-Man and Black Manta lol

Why stop at the Justice League when you can go Unlimited??
And then after that, the Justice Society and Legion of Superheroes! LOL. |

Thanks. Yeah, I dropped some good coinage on these. Still can't bring myself to spend what they want for Gleek and the Wonder Twins, though. They're the only ones I don't have.

Yo is that a different Scarecrow from the DC Superheroes line you got there, Ken? It looks like DC Direct Proportions. Mine is buried in the backrow on my shelf so I can't see him without taking a bunch of baddies out of the way. LOL.

Man, if it wasn't so tall, it'd be absolutely perfect for my set.

He is really detailed and hes not that tall. Hes a Scarecrow so he should be tall and intimidating. He fits for me as in the real world the average height is 6 feet tall so dose that mean we get rid of all the people who are 7 feet or over? So what I am trying the say is he is a comfortable height for Scarecrow its not like he is 10 inches tall. DCUC made Sinestro taller because he was too short and he measured 6 inches tall now he is over that.

Yeah, but we're comparing characters in the comic book universe, not comic book characters and real people. Scarecrow's figure isn't too tall for a real human being, he's too tall in relation to Superman, Batman, Martian Manhunter, etc. I expect those 3 to be taller than Scarecrow in my action figure collection and if there was an issue of Batman where he was as big as Killer Croc, then I'm going to be scratching my head. It's his relative height that I'm concerned with in relation to other characters in my figure collection. I -could- pretend that he was merely creating a hallucination that made him a foot and a half taller than normal, but that hardly seems like something he'd do.
