Been so happy seeing forums here that how the priced at walmart for sw vintage were on clearance. So just grabbed the chance and basically story has been told. =)

Just found the Deleted Scene wave at my local K-Mart. Picked up Lando and Leia.

Does the Deleted Scene Luke have ball-jointed hips like the Jedi Knight version?

I received a fine gift over the holidays. The huge Legacy Millennium Falcon! Problem is, I already have one. Willing to swap this behemoth for much smaller MU carded or loose.

Rather that getting the new Movie Heroes Sandpeople I bought the original 2006 VC Sandpeople figure on ebay. Once you can tame the softgoods cloak he looks pretty cool.

I'm not sure which head sculpt is more Mark Hamil, but both definitely look like him. His hair is more fluffy and parted on the opposite side. His utility belt is removeable. One negative is that he doesn't have the spot to peg in his lightsaber hilt like the previous version did.

That new Luke looks just great- a PERFECT custom buck for many characters!
I forsee making a Zayne Carrick now...I just need to find the right head- young with longish hair. Eventually, SW will catch up with MU for articulation and it'll all be rocker-ankles and swivel thighs. Only then will the dream of C-3P0: Ninja Master be realised. |

I'd like a little more articulation, but I'd like even more to get MU figures that are close to SW or Joes in terms of quality control. Double-jointed knees are great when they aren't warped or loose as a goose.

Well, SW wil never need double jointed articulation....well, okay, Ventress could use it, but she's the only one that actually pulls off anything needing that level of movement.
I'll settle for standardized, good looking hip swivels, thigh swivel and a waist swivel- add those in standard to what SW already uses for articulation and it'd be perfect for anything shown in the movies. With those, the figs could all do such amazing poses as "sitting down naturally" or "standing on uneven ground". Those are my favorite poses fromthe movies. |

I have a question regarding two Vintage Boba Fett figures I bought recently. The first version I bought was the Empire Strikes Back version with the green gauntlets and the removable helmet, which I thought was a great version, but I wanted it to have red gauntlets. I found out there was a second Boba released in the Vintage line that did have red gauntlets so I decided I'd buy it as well. It just showed up today, and it looks great, but it looks like an older version I bought way back in 2004 that just has a big neck peg and the helmet. Is this how the actual Vintage Collection ROTJ Boba figure is, or did I buy the wrong figure?
