LegionsOfGotham.org has learned directly from LEGO that they are no longer making Batman product as of 2009! More HERE |

It is depressing to see the end of a LEGO line. Honestly, I wish it went out with more of a bang, considering one day they were on the shelves, the next, gone and never seen again. Like no clearance, end of the line confirmation before hand, just gone.

That is a pity, Lego Batman seemed pretty cool.

The Batman line was cool. I thought it was dead a long time ago too, then they came back with those 3+ sets.. At least I have a Scarecrow figure. That's all that matters

The game was actually pretty good. I'm surprised they're canceling it.

Buggery bollocks, that's a shame... Batman and Exo-Force are the onyl two LEGO lines that still keep me interested.
Oh well, had to happen sooner or later... Here's hoping they bring 'em back one day.

I thought it was to coincide with Batman RIP in the comics. Anyway, it is a bummer but what else is there to do in terms of sets? We've already seen most of the bat vehicles.
