Arker Jason Abbadon hooked me up with a decal for my Mega Bloks/LEGO diorama. It's a reproduction of a Banksy graffiti piece, and it rocks! Check it out.

Those are bad ass! I should try that sometime. I could have probably made at least one with all of the blocks I had until recently, but I gave them away to friend's little cousin because she seemed like she would appreciate them more. Thanks for sharing!
Ah man, I really want that little zombie figure. |

Yeah I was lucky enough to get 3 zombies, and just changed up 2 of them to give some variety.

Well today I picked up the Catwoman LEGO set since I won't be able to get anything new for a while and the Batman LEGO sets are pretty cool.
Check it out: |

Does anyone know what the weird orange LEGO piece is that comes with the DC Superheroes sets?

An interesting thing happened to me last week at TRU. While checking out the Kre-O sets, I overheard a lady looking for G.I.Joe Legos.
When I explained to her that they didn't exist (well, not official versions anyway), she seemed a little confused. So I helped her try to find the next best thing in Legos. I mentioned the DC stuff, as well as Ninjago and the City stuff to mix-and-match. But the only other military-themed sets I knew about were MegaBlok's Halo series. Last I knew, she was on the phone with someone trying to figure out a replacement gift. By the way, when you go on Lego's website and search for "G.I.Joe" it returns 0 results and asks if you meant "joke." I thought that was hilarious. Also, TRU only had one lonely Hero Factory GL. I couldn't find any others on any of the shelves (not even price stickers to mark where they once were). Might explain why I found GL hanging out with the Kre-O and Halo guys. Actually, I got these amazing Army LEGO clones called Bestlock. I got this German Panzer tank and a Humvee. Hard to find these in the wild here. Above is an example of what I've seen. They're way cheaper than real LEGO. Usually carry them at discount stores. They're pretty awesome. I do have every set of LEGO Kingdoms except the new Joust set. I'm thinking of putting it all together and taking some neat pics of the Lion Army vs. the Dragon Army. Last edited by thechris; 03-26-2012 at 09:59 AM.. |

Maybe it's something to connect the other sets to, or some other accessory for another set (sort of like a BAF/CnC piece).

My best guess is that it is supposed to be used to apply stickers, but who knows? |

I thought those were supposed to separate stuck pieces, like a crow bar

Actually, that makes a lot more sense. That raised peg could be used to attach to the bottom and help pry them apart. Kinda wish Lego would include them in all the sets (if they don't already. It's been a while since I bought a Lego set).

This is correct. This is exactly what it's for. My Star Wars LEGO came with a gray one along with instructions on how to use it to take pieces apart. Often times, LEGO gets tight when you put it together and using this tool allows you to separate pieces without scratching your pieces or leaving bite marks from trying to rip them apart with your teeth. Come on, we've all done it.

I think it's hard-wired into kids. My daughter did that the first time she had two pieces stuck together. And that was without any influence from my wife or me. It wouldn't come apart in her hands so between her teeth it went.
Good thing it was an old set that probably has teeth marks from when I was a kid.

addicted to the blind bag minifigures, talk about "plastic crack"... ;D
Found these guys at Wal-mart yesterday, don't know if anyone has been seeing these at their stores as well but this series is awesome. Not a single "dud" in the whole bunch...
