Just arrived in Tokyo.
Nothing helps fighting jet-lag better than a quick check on a toy store. I go 3 to 4 times a year in Japan, but that's the first time I go there since I'm registered in Toyark. As I love to see all your pics of the malls and TRU's shelves, I thought I might also share something exotic with you as you always did with me. I'm a little bit sorry if the pics might be blurry or cropped, but inlike in France or US, it's strictly forbidden to take pics in stores in Japan. I don't know why though... Revoltech Showcase They already got PAK WW and GL! Some accessories for 1/12 figs (Figma, etc...) Yankee corner I think I'll get the Green Ranger soon, he's on sale right now (~20$)

Wow, so much cool stuff that we'll never see on our shelves. And they have Dragon Ranger for about $20. That's a good deal.

That ring would give me all kinds of trouble. Every time I'd hear that sound, I would get pissed off because I'd think I mistimed a jump or something. I'd also feel the sudden urge to run around collecting more rings before they faded away.

Saw the new series of Nightmare for Freddy's Dead at TRU. The Springwood Slasher has a really good face on it, but I may get the Power Glove one eventually.
Found ONLY the Andrea figure for Walking Dead series 4 at Wallgreens. Passed on some HotWheels at K-mart Also saw at K-mart the DC Action League. No Idea they were still making these. I snagged Larfleeze. |

Yes, yes you do. It's the main reason I bought that figure (Firefly is pretty good, too).

Well technically I passed them up so I figured it would be the best place... would "Toy sighting Asia" section have been better?

Yeah, probably. Or even its own thread in General Discussion.
The idea behind this thread (and what separates it from the Sightings forum) is so Arkers can see if a toy they're looking for is showing up somewhere else. Then they might be able to get a fellow Arker to pick it up for them (through trade or sale) via PM. Kinda hard to do that with your pics. But they are great pics, all the same.

@Goldengreg: Love your store pics. That gave us a glimpse of how it's like there in Japan.
