Daredevil is the first of this 12 inch line that does not look horrible and awkward, and even goes into the realm of desirable. I would not be ashamed to have that on my shelf.

Agreed, I dont own any 6th scale figures and I really want that. I dont even care if I'd have to display it with the 6 inch figs. That is actually better accessory wise than the Sideshow Daredevil, which is obviously much more expensive. I really like the Matt HS and the wrapped arms are a nice touch. Plus that box art is FANTASTIC. It looks just freakin' awesome.

Cool A-Force set, will go great with my X-Force set, although I'll pass on the Thor SDCC set, cool box though.

Is the 12" DareDevil an exclusive? I actually like the others a lot (only own Iron Man so far) and would love to add him to the collection, but the fancy packaging makes me worried it is an exclusive of some kind...

The packaging might be an exclusive version, like an early access convention release (like all of their Star Wars con exclusives or the SDCC MU Galactus and Sentinel) but I seriously doubt that Daredevil would be a convention exclusive only. We're probably still gonna get him in the regular packaging like the Thor is shown in.

Hard to say for sure but it looks like he uses some of the same parts as Rhino and Abomination (much like the 4" scale Ulik did in its scale) so he's already got the makings/recycled parts of a BAF. He could very well turn out like Sandman did from the Raft set last year, that is we'll get him as the BAF in a later wave but repainted and maybe with minor new sculpting.

I'm going to be all over that A-Force set. That Elsa Bloodstone figure will be mine and I know my gf wants that Lady Loki.
The A-Force set is being sold by a guy in New York (where I live). Does this mean the set has hit stores already, or did he manage to get one that fell off a truck, so to speak? *EDIT* I actually messaged the guy running the auction and he told me that they're not in stores yet...this is a sample he got from the 2017 Marvel Toys Show, whatever that is. He doesn't know the official retail release date of the set yet, but since they're boxed and ready to go, I can only assume it's soon. Last edited by Dolemite; 05-01-2017 at 02:42 PM.. |

Shame about SDCC, that Thor figs look nice.
Shame about Cyclops, still no blast effect or face. |
