I love this but I wish the articulation wasn't so distractingly, horrifically ugly.

The Batman and Superman figures look great, this Catwoman just isn't doing it for me though, not sure if its the sheen of the suit making it look too toy like, or the articulation cuts not being aesthetically pleasing but I'll be passing on this one I think.

This isn’t a bad figure but, I like my Mezco One:12 Catwoman a lot more.

Looks great to me, it's an all plastic figure, I don't get the comments about the articulation cuts. Aside from Mezco, they'll all have them.

I guess it depends. Some folks don't want to be reminded it's a toy. Sometimes the design makes the toy articulation stand out. With this one I can see that's. It's basically an all black body.
Personally I think the figure looks fine but I'm someone who prefers articulation over accuracy for a figure(barring hideous waist rotations Hasbro!) |

I don't mind my action figures looking like action figures, I'll more than likely pick this up.
Now if they could just make a Nightwing... |

She must come with a swappable torso piece for when the whip isn’t wrapped around her. Gotta love Mafex for their commitment to accessories.

Looks ok, but I'd prefer an Eartha Kitt classic catwoman. Sorry, she was my original Catwoman, so it's a "Who is the best James Bond" type thing.

For all the dynamic posing they're showing off for this (all of which are actually damn impressive), I think Catwoman's articulation is actually as smooth as can be. Besides, this just looks like a damn near perfect representation of her rendition in Hush.

Selina looks fantastic! Wanted this so badly when the Hush Batman & Superman were initially announced, so I'll be definitely picking them all up now!
Also, starting to think there may be some merit in thinking we may get a Hush Poison Ivy released too. The Superman being released comes with an alternate enthralled head and the clip-on plant bits he sported when under her control. Just a hunch, but I hope it comes true! |

It's a go for me!
Needed a Catwoman like this for a while now. I really hope they will do Ivy too, I'm pretty confident about it. A little less on other character from Hush but I really hope there will be more. (also crossing fingers for a 1/12 Pfeiffer Catwoman from Mezco) |

pre-ordered.
Not totallly blown but this collection is right on for me. I have the wolverine over here finally and DAMN. Love it so much... Not withstanding.......MAFEX QC PROBLEMS! *game show music* I went through 3 VENOMS with a shoulder that would completely lock up after a few movements. Locked like concrete. The WOLVERINE has these weird bicep to shoulder pegs that can be removed now? The first one I got the arms would slip right out of there. The second is tolerable because there is a slight click when you put the bi/tricep area peg into the shoulder. Why would that be removable at all? And if it is a purposeful design, it should have a super stiff click in that area. Every g-d time I move the arms around I have to be really careful or they pop out. Not only that. Both have the locking up issue happening at the ab to rib ball point. I have to thumb it hard to get it to move....Oh and one has a weak shoulder that flops and can't hold a pose. ALSO, my SPIDERMANS feet slip off too easy so I have to use the ones with magnets in them all the time. Not a biggie but always something with mafex. DAMN!!! I'm getting that nervous feeling every time they show up and it takes some joy out of the experience. PLEASE MAFEX!!! SPEND A LITTLE MORE MONEY ON QUALITY CONTROL!!!! The figures are so worth it!!! WORKS OF ART! I feel bad for the retailers...I hate complaining to them when its not their fault. |

glad you said you pre-ordered , i have done so myself.
The best thing about these releases and i wouldnt mind it , they can re-use the heads to get that Jim Lee styling. Batman and superman seem to share the same body mould. Posion Ivy and Harley Quinn should be made next. due to the harley quinn animated series, perhaps even joker. Their focus seems to be heroes rather than villains and i thought i would make a list on the likei-hood on what we might see. 1. Batman - done 2. Superman - done 3. Catwoman - done 4 & 5. Night wing & robin , Likely as well known to fans 6. Huntress - despite not being that well known i reckon, they could use the birds of prey film to release a comic one, if they did i would get her asap. 7. Jim Gordan - Very Unlikey , personally not sure if i would get him myself, 8. Orcale - very unlikely, again with huntress birds of prey film Seems DC side of things are getting more than marvel, comic and film wise. Excited for comic realted stuff rather than film. Villains would be a treat and must haves i reckon. then 5 other justice league members and JL villians. Medicom / mafex should put out a survey to what we want to see next or a list to what we want released sooner. |

I feel like they could actually make the original ROBIN look cool. And GORDON helll yeah, maybe not as unlikely as we think? |

hmm looking at medicoms product list they could easily do it, as they have done suited characters, then again we didnt get a gordon from the nolan trilogy. Mafex seem to be suprising me , i thought they would finish the hush line with batman, then they released superman and i thought okay that's alright i can a jim lee's worlds finest. Then after releasing catwoman , i thought hmm now they have done a female head they can rinse and repeat and i would still buy them. You could use selina's head for wonder woman, it wouldn't bother me in the slightest.

Oooh yeah that comic wonder woman must be coming up soon. My bet is....5th release after this hush catwoman.
The Carnage is basically Venom + Spiderman, right? XD I totally predicted that and it doesn't bother me at all. It's Marvel Legends on steroids! Swap here and there. The styling and form factor is really great so it works. I could see the cyclops body working great for a Sandman. I really like those figs with one giant arm. The suited figs are a good sign for Gordon. I feel like the success of this comic style could be more popular than their nolan trilogy stuff. That miiiight help squeeze out that Gordon. I have way more interest in owning a comic version over whoever that actor was. |
