What the hell happened to the torso?! It looks like they forgot to sculpt the sides of it. Kinda bad considering the company's track record.

This looks very cool! I get the complaint about the torso, but this is very common on most figures with multiple points of articulation. I really like the paint job on this one. You can really see the weathering of the jacket, even on the inside. The goggles are really well done too. I wonder if they can be pulled down over his eyes?

This was easily my favorite scene in the movie, which I otherwise found lackluster, so I would probably get this if I got anything from this line. This figure looks really cool to me, very accurate to the film. Yes the torso is off, but I believe that was done so that his arms can actually be put on his side, unlike so many other trenchcoat figures with arms that stick out at an angle at their lowest point. If the googles can go over his eyes, and he has a scarf accessory that covers his face, I might actually buy this.

Really hoping Mezco does one of these. A cloth trench coat would allow for a body that doesn't look so awful. The skinny torso makes his hips look huge by comparison. It's a slight step up from the multiverse figure, but ugh... I desperately want a good Nightmare Batman figure and no one is making one yet. This is another easy pass with hopes something better is around the corner.

I think its just the angle that makes his upper torso thin. I turned up the brightness on my phone and he's got lats, it's just hidden because of the shadow.

I think he looks good , though i think 1 or 2 batman might be enough
also thinking with DCMU, Movie Universe, I doubt we shall see costume changes like marvel does but with a few tweaks yes we do get this and the armored version. I might get the normal one , and superman , maybe the armored one and wonder-woman. Will watch reviews before hand or might go to mezco as seeing they are doing a comic line though depends on my opinion on whats worth the price |

The Knightmare was my favorite scene from a movie I unashamedly loved. I think I'll be buying this!
The Mattel version I picked up last week is doing the trick for the moment. However it's an inferior figure articulation wise to even Mattel's standards. |

I'd like to pick up a few Mafex Batman v Superman figures, but does anyone have any suggestions for where the best place would be to buy one online?

Thanks, but I'll hold out hope for a Mezco. The multiverse one has awful articulation and no accessories. Buying multiverse figures feels like flushing a 20 down the toilet to me. Customizing that might look cool on the shelf, but posing would have the same issues.

Really liking those new pics. From the looks of it I think I'll have to grab the whole BvS series, plus the Suicide Squad ones...

This figure looks extremely good. I already preordered Wonder Woman, no doubt this Batffleck will join her on my shelf.

Mezco on the other hand have a bigger range of characters at its libary so you can build a comic/ movie collection and get a justice league team quickier i think they are looking good the comic versions, more pricey though and i think more reliable have not heard any bad things though like i said mafex might of changed. Mezco is likely to have a bigger range of accessories than mafex Main reason i dont pre-order figures unless they might not be on my level on standards so i wait for reviews, so i dont waste time deciding what to get , if you have a small budget go for mafex , high well ... mezco , very high.. both ;p Im more likely to get mafex due to the fact it saves me money unless i decide to pass due to a review saying its a bad figure [within reason] you can always return the item if you dont like em. |

in his normal Outfit with an unmasked Head. I already own Mafex Christian Bale Dark Knight, and the unmasked Christian Bale Bruce Wayne Head is awesome. But Ben Afleck is also great. But i do not like that Desert Outift. My Advice for Ben Afleck Batman Fans who want an unmasked Head: Wait for more Figures from different Companies The Stand Alone Batman Movie is also coming, and i guess some unmasked Batman Figures with Ben Afleck Head will follow. |

...my thoughts exactly. If it weren't for that awful face sculpt on Mafex's Superman, I'd ditch Mezco completely

Hey guys can someone help me with this Question???
I want to ask, would it be possible, to use the Unmasked Knightmare Head / Bruce Wayne Head, on the other Figures like armored Batman and Normal Batman Oufit? Or lets just ask the Question the Other Way, do Mafex Figures have both NECK and HEAD Ball Joint??? Because on the Knightmare Figure Pictures, my biggest Problem is, that the Head only can be removed together with the Neck, thus not fitting on other Batman Figures. |
