One cleans both hardwood and carpet without direct supervision, the other cleans the streets of Detroit. Tough call.

$70 and still no Peter Weller head? Cool figure, but for $50 more than the NECA version, is a bit high. I do like that you can create the regular and battle damage version.

Peter Weller Likeness is too expensive. Not Mafex fault...
This Robocop looks like the best available ever... I am in 70 bucks is fine for something of this stature. I see Mafex doing big things in the future...if this is any indication, they are willing to do some popular movie properties which is a good sign for a growing enterprise and company. If Mafex would just do the original Star Wars Trilogy, I would dump Figuarts and Black series forever. |

The NECA Robocop is 7" tall (or close enough) and most of their human figures measure in at least 6 3/4" so this probably wouldn't scale very well with any NECA humans, you could probably force it to work with aliens and other monsters. This figure still looks nice though.

I'll be picking this up for sure! This looks like one of those "once in a lifetime" pieces. I've been waiting for a decent looking 6" Robo since 1987, and this looks like the winner for me.

Probably Robocop, he features qualities comparable to superheroes with his strength, endurance, and cybernetic enhancements. Dredd while ridiculously tough and mean is technically just a man. I don't recall any of Dredd's regular every-day-carry weapons being enough to take out Robocop.
Cyborg could probably take on Robocop. Regardless of his physical capabilities being able to match Robocop (depending on which version) Cyborg's ability to interface and hack other technology would probably make it not too difficult for him to just turn off Robocop's arms and legs and just leave him like that. |
