Picked up a Blade figure. He was hiding behind the Thor figures at a local Wal-Mart. He doesn't look bad. But I don't get why he is so rare.

You need an apoclypse? I see him a lot lately. Hel of a figure to be , well, "not rare". It's an uncaring world that makes Apoclypse common and Shocker impossible to find. Hey guys! I had an idea so awesome that I might blow fifty bucks on a Sentinel (either flavor). Get a sentinel- pop off the head (and maybe the hands) and put it on an old 24" tall Shogun warriors toy, repaint and make the Master Mold! Or, if youre feling really frisky, cast the head two more times (easier than you think) and make the giant Tri-Sentinel! Then have it stomp some mutie ass! Linkys to Shogun Warriors: Wildtoy's Shogun Warrior's Page This idea could work for any super-giant robot toy, but Shogun Warriors are the biggest I've ever seen and they are often like $20-30 on ebay loose. Heck, I was thinkning of getting the BAF Sentinel head and putting it onto a 12" War Machine body, adding some styrene details, extra weapons and going for broke. Anyone wanna sell me a Sentinel head? |

Love the Sif. Hopefully I find one one day. She's just ripe for some brighter red paint to "Simonson-ize" her and make her more like the comics. Skaar seems like a cross between Arnold's Conan and Ferrigno's Hulk. |

If with, I choose Thanos. I choose Apocalypse if Thanos is without it. P.S- I wouldn't mind a thread with more of these death match cards . It's just the perfect excuse to include cool pics of MU Figure face-offs!

Only a few Gems, not all. Lets say...Power, Mind and Space. Sounds like an even playing field Imo.

I dunno, guys. As awesome as Apocalypse is, Thanos is a master of science, the mystic arts, and is probably pretty close to a 100 ton lifter. Apocalypse lays it on the X-men. Thanos lays it on Drax and Silver Surfer. There's a little bit of a difference there.

But I kinda agree with your assessment. Thanos, to me, is a threat to the Universe Apocalypse, to me, is a global threat known only to Earth. I vote Thanos, officially.

Thanos took out the entire Elders of the Universe and once went toe to toe with Odin (lost that one, but not easily!). Thanos inprisoned both Galactus and the Silver Surfer- useing Galactus as a world-destroying weapon. He Mind controlled Heralds Terrax and The Forgotten One and vivisected Morg to see how the Power Cosmic worked!
Thanos is waaay outside Apoclypse's weight level- no gems required. 'Pocky gets punked by everyone- from Hulkand Wolverine to Gambit. Gambit! That's just sad. ...but in my display, I have ALL the Villians ganged tgether- and that's Thanos, Apoclypse, Loki, Magneto, Doom, Mandarin, Modok...it's a tough team. |

I got somthing to share. Not pictures of my MU, but close.
Starting work on an ambitious Diorama project. I plan on using my parents basement for this badboy. Below is a blueprint for this thing, no inch scales yet but it'll give you an idea for the grand scale of this thing. Its basically a square block from New York. Has an alley, hopefully a ghostbusters firehouse(Not ripping off omega, I came up with the idea without even seeing his photos. pure coincidence for wanting it, lol) Baxter building is going to be used, with preferably Galactus ontop of it, a homage to him building the world devouring machine in the original lee/kirby epic. I got sentinel placement labeled, and a big hulk crater. its an ambitious project, and currently I'm researching building materials. I'm thinking of ditching my original idea for styrofoam buildings and going for milk crates with covering, lol. if I manage to get ahold of an old gijoe defiant or crusader shuttle, I can have a quinjet crash
