This is a list of Marvel figures you would like to see made for the upcoming Marvel Fury Files 3 3/4 Line.
Characters do not need to be Action Figures that have already been made. They can be characters from comics or a version of a character that has yet to be made. Please read the rules of this thread before you post a Figure. #1 -Each item should have a title, bolded, then an image representing that item, then a short description of that item and why you think it is that important to be on the list. Images are for people who may not have seen the version/ image of the figure you would like to have made. Please post 1 figure per post. #2 -Do not hotlink to images on other sites. Host them in your Toyark photo album, or use Photobucket.com. #3 -You may always link to you homepage, blog, or site if you have one. #4 -Have fun! This thread can be a huge base of knowledge for new and old fans looking for custom ideas and for others to see Marvel characters and versions of characters that would appeal to the action figure community.

The Uncanny X-Men: Ice-Man First up for me is the ToyBiz 1992 UnCanny X-Men: Ice-Man Action Figure. Not only is should Ice-Man be considered a core Marvel Character IMO he makes for a unique design with many options in the figures construction. The ToyBiz Version shown below is a great example of how the figure should be produced. The clear plastic look with the color change feature is a design that is not new to Hasbro. The first and recent example that comes to mind is the G.I. Joe 25th Zartan. With Updated articulation, better sculpting and remolded ice sled I think this would be a hit that all Marvel fans would want to collect. The ice sled could be made in a fashion that would allow him to hook his hands onto it giving off the effect of producing the sled. I would only hope if Hasbro did decide to produce an Ice-Man figure they would not go with the Clear Blue (Variant GI Joe Wraith, Star Wars Ghost, BotCon Mirage) type of figure we have seen them put out in the past few years. The blue color plastic looks awful when trying to reproduce the clear effect. The figure show here is over 15 years old and has not turned yellow. Please do not use that excuse for adding the blue to clear plastic. Bottom Line Please Produce A Killer Ice-Man Figure!

Ultron
We have never had a decent, articulated Ultron figure. It'd be nice to give him some detailed features, a sword similar to the one in the pic, some better articulation and maybe some sort of beam blast accessory. Last edited by Metal Chaos; 11-30-2008 at 05:57 PM.. |

Wolverine as Apocalype's Horseman Death
This Lenial Francis Yu designed costume only appeared for a few issues of Wolverine and Uncanny X Men. Despite all that, I really dug the middle eastern look of the armor and design. I think a figure with the proper level of sculpting detail based on this design would be a knockout in hand. I've thought about trying to make a custom version many times, but maybe with the upcoming influx of Marvel figures in my favorite scale (3 3/4) we could have a shot. A companion Hulk as War would make a great two pack. Give this figure removable armor on the arm and upper torso to allow for Joe style posability, swappable clawed hands, and his sword and I think this would be a winner.

Bob, Agent of Hydra
An oddball choice, but when the inevitable Deadpool figure gets released, he will need his lackies to cower in terror behind him. Bob should include his Dental Plan card (The reason he joined Hydra) and Deadpool's severed head to help reatttach after Wolverine cut Wade Wilson's head off to shut him up. Hasbro will most likely make some Hydra Figures so this will be an easy mod for them.

I'm not gonna list anybody we've got a decent chance of getting; but I'll chime in with a villian that's never had any fig at all, that I'm aware of. The big Mofo sure deserves it, tho: KURSE.
Originally Arngrim the Dark Elf, he fell into a fiery pit after being tricked by Malekith the Dark Elf sorceror, who blamed the fall on Thor. Resurrected by the Beyonder, and fueled by a blinding unstoppable hatred of Thor, Kurse was an unstoppable wall of fury. Also, Simonson rules. Last edited by AdrienVeidt; 11-30-2008 at 09:05 PM.. |

The Uncanny X-Men Cyclops Second on my list is the ToyBiz 1991 UnCanny X-Men: Cyclops. Its safe to say we will get a new Cyclops figure in the new Fury Files line in the first year. The only question is what version will we see. My favorite version of Cyclops is the blue base with white stripes. Even if the Marvel Team goes with the Movie look at first, or one of the many looks this character has had over the years, this would be a great repaint idea. I also like the Light Up Visor feature which was included with the 1991 ToyBiz version.

AV- I'll ride with you on that one. Kurse is a great design, and would be an amazing looking figure if they deigned the sculpt based on the Simonson artwork. Also, a Thor the Frog of Thunder accessory would be great (and they could even just reuse the proto sculpt pictured below!)

What If? #51: Punisher as Captain America Since Steve Rogers is currently dead, Iron Man had some CA-themed armor made and Bucky has assumed the actual role, I would love to see other characters step up to the plate, such as Punisher here. Just the cover invokes a wealth of imagery. Give him Cap's shield with a Punisher skull painted on it and replace the star/skull chest emblems with the symbol on the above pic and I'd buy him.

That Iceman figure your talking about DCF is the "Age of Apocalypse" version. It took me forever to hunt down all the different figures that eventually got made from that series in the old Toy Biz line. He was one of the better ones.

Exiles Mimic
What's not to say about this cool design. You either know what a great character this was in Exiles, or you don't. Take all the cool key points of his first incarnation in that book (the powers of: Wolverine, Colossus, Cyclops, Beast, Angel) and a great costume design and you've got a figure that will most definately pop out in your collection. Give the figure movable wings, a flying stand, and hands with claws out with clear red posable goggles and you can't lose.

Morph from Age of Apocalypse/Exiles
Along with Mimic, this great reincarnated character would be a visual standout. Give him some oversized rubbery fists, a soft goods cape, and an alternate goofy headsculpt and it's a recipe for plastic cool-ness.

UDON Studios Taskmaster
I never had much interest in this little known Marvel villain until UDON Studios reinvented him for his own limited series. I like this costume more then his old one because it fits a lot more into the look of a modern day mercenary. You don't need any gimmicks for this one just load him up with a lot of guns and his custom 'shield' generator that he wears on his right hand. |

Maverick
A kick-ass Weapon X member created during Jim Lee's stint at Marvel. Again another figure that doesn't need gimmicks just a lot of guns. |

War Machine
The War Machine armor always seemed a lot more menacing and it's always been undervalued in my opinion. With this figure Hasbro could definitely amp up the extra options like spring loaded weapons, rotating cannons, removable armor etc. |

Mystique
Since the new G.I. Joe line has been seriously lacking in a variety of female characters this line is going to have to make up for it. First up Mystique. Perhaps Hasbro can treat this one as the MU equivalent of Zartan and add in some kind of skin color change ability or perhaps just a couple of masks. |

Marvek Knights Black Widow
In case anyone's already figured out most of the Marvel characters I'm listing because they could also easily fit into the Joeverse as well. Next up a girl for the good guys, Black Widow. For accessories I think a grappling hook of some kind would be a good fit. |

Exiles White Queen
Since Alyosha brought up the Exiles team I thought I'd add one as well. I my mind Emma Frost will always be a villainess and I really like this Exiles Hydra version of her. |

X-Men Xtreme Sage
Another second tier X-Men character that I've felt is undervalued. Sage holds the honor of being the X-Men's chief intelligence agent and number one spy. |

Firestar
Firestar was created for one of my favorite cartoons, Spider-man and his amazing friends. She was then brought into Marvel continuty with her own mini series and even joined the new Warriors. Over the years we have only seen one figure of her, which was a Toy Fare Exclusive and recently a bust has been produced. We have Spidey, hopefully we get a good Iceman as Destro has been sugested, with Ms. Jones we can reunite the Spiderfriends. Her accesory should be Ms. Lion, the dog from the show.

Nemesis*Prime great choices, I would buy all of those. The one thing about Sage is she looks a lot like the Baroness and Hasbro just made a killer upgrade to that figure they could use. The downside is she has that goofy P-90 Assault Rifle.
Taskmaster looks Rad, never even seen that character before. Flint hell yeah we need a Firestar! I think the reason they stay away from Firestar is because of the Phoenix. If they produce that figure the orange parts should be clear. Alyosha you can pull that Version of Wolverine if they give us a nice 3 3/4 body to work with. The DTC Major Bludd has the scarf and use the shoulder pads from Tomax and Xamot.

That might be the case for Firestar Destro, but I want one so badly. Good idea on the clear parts though. And if they don't like that version of her (although that's the one I want) they could go with this look
