Anyone seen these little guys? AFAIK they are only at Wal-Mart so far. They're $.97 and "blind" packs like the Mega Bloks. There are 8 figures and supposedly 2 mystery figures or maybe the ones they consider rare. One is probably another spidey (black costume?) and the other is Red Hulk.
The other 8 figures are: Thor Iron Man Hulk Cap 2 Spideys and 2 Wolvies They have no code that I know of so you can't really secretly find out what you are getting like the Bloks. I have only found about 2 threads on the web about them. Apparently you can tell which ones are the Hulks because they are a little heavier. They also are supposed to be around 1 5/8" or so. I haven't opened any of mine up. I put them in my stocking The website on the balls say treehouse kids and the QR code goes to a site called heroix.com (I think). It was not set up yet but parked (from godaddy). If anyone picks them up post your findings liek what you find in each colored ball. I am wondering if they are truly random or if there is n order to things. I read that Red Hulks have been found in the red balls. I'll post my findings after X-Mas updated:

Haven't seen these yet, but I'm sort of glad. Cheap enough to get addicted very quickly. I do not need another rabbit hole to fall down in, however tempting.

That Wolvy w/bike set (in the oversized egg) was sold around Easter and I don't think it's sold at retail any more. |

Yes you are right. Tree House Kids is our toy company and we just launched our New Marvel and DC Heroics Figurines. They are sold in multi colored "ping Pong" ball sized capsules, they are 1.25" tall and highly detailed. They are totally random - yes you may find Hulk - green or chase figure red, by shaking the balls and feeling the weight - Hulk is the largest figurine. Next Spring you will find Heroics in Walgreens, CVS, TRU - basically everywhere.
We have Series One DC coming soon, Avengers for the Movie, Spderman for the new movie, Batman and Superman for the new DC movies coming up. Each series will be limited and once Series Two comes out it will be difficult to find Series One. In addition to the Heroics Figurines, we are bringing back Micro Machines with our Marvel Heroics Micro cars, figures and playsets. The cars will hit stores next Spring. We are working on our site as we speak Heroicstoys.com/home |

I saw a set of these displayed at my local Walmart months ago placed with Micromachines. That must mean you guys hit Canada, too, huh? Good job.

I started picking these up the other day when I noticed them on an end cap next to the MU. I picked up a total of twenty hoping to find some cool characters, but now that I found this thread I know I have all of the released ones to date. Red Hulk did come in a red ball but I only have 1 so who knows if all of them are in red. The green hulk came in a green ball and black spidey came in a white ball. The other cool thing about these is that they are nice stocking stuffers for X-mas for my nephews because all of the extras fit neatly back in to the ball. Also I noticed there are 10 figs total:
2 x Spidey 2 x Wolverine 1 x Cap America 1 x Thor 1 x Green Hulk 1 x Iron Man 1 x Red Hulk 1 x Black Spidey Last edited by JamzMan; 12-22-2011 at 07:25 PM.. Reason: More information |

These would make great Heroclix... Or if you have like a 1:64 diorama train station you could have Hulk rage his way through it... fun times!

updated pic at top:
meant to post these after Christmas. So it looks like my doubles came in the same colored ball. I didn't get Cap but I was really only looking to get the Wolvie's anyway. If anyone has the one standing up I'll gladly buy or trade for it. I will sell mine for $1 each as well.

I've got to say, this is one toyline that I really enjoy. I've already collected 7 figures and can't wait to get more. Admittingly, my friend was actually the one who showed these to me, and I enjoyed them ever since.
So far I've collected: Batman (DC line) Wolverine 2x Thor Captain America Spider-Man and a chase variant of Spider-Man. Instead of the Black Spidey, mine is transparent. I'd love to see them take this toyline to the next level and add other series as well. A few series I'd love to see are: Shonen Jump (series like Dragon Ball, Naruto, Yu-Gi-Oh, One Piece, etc) Super Smash Bros/Nintendo (series like Mario, Pokemon, Zelda, Metroid, etc) PlayStation All-Stars (series like infamous, Jak and Daxter, God of War, Sly Cooper, etc) Other Video Games like Halo, Assassin's Creed, Soul Calibur, etc Sci-Fi series like Star Wars, Transformers, etc and even Amalgam Comics (where they combine Marvel and DC characters. Super Soldier, the combination of Cap America and Superman, Iron Lantern, Iron Man and Green Lantern, etc) Last edited by WiiStation360; 05-11-2012 at 10:04 AM.. |
