I really wanna try and get me some Walking Dead minimates. I love zombies, and minimates, so that's just a double win. Last edited by Scythe; 10-31-2012 at 06:44 PM.. |

"Spider-Man Meets the Mummy"...?
I like it! It's like the Abbott and Costello films from back in the day. Loved those movies. EDIT: Ok, now this is going through my head at the moment, so I must have you all join in my misery... ♫ Spider-Mummy, Spider-Mummy, does whatever a Spider-Mummy does....nonotreallybecausehesoldandslowandwrappedi nbandagesandhiswebbingdriedupcenturiesago-o-o-o-o ♫ (It helps if you picture Bill Murray or Steve Martin singing it, lounge-act style).

Saw the latest (?) wave of MvC3 sets last weekend. Really tempted to get that Box/Vindicator set, along with the aforementioned Munsters Coach and KITT.
But where would I put them? Space is starting to become a premium in my house. I'm even thinking of boxing up some of my older TF series just to clear some room for newer arrivals.

Bought my first mini-mates toy the other day (King vs Sagat from Tekken/SF) and I noticed King's boots fall off real easy. I'm sure there are Marvel figures with boots too (right?) that probably have a similar problem. Do you guys recommend just gluing them on? Is there a reason I'd even want the boot/foot to come off? It's not shaped in a way where it's a swivel, so there really isn't any articulation there in the first place.

That's why I decided to get out of the game. A lot of these sets are just made in such small amounts they become high priced very fast. I had a bunch of good stuff but completed teams I wanted was just going to be too costly with all the exclusives and long out of production stuff. At least resale value is decent enough and I have one less line to collect.

Some really old appreciation I don't think I posted here.
Wow these are old. I don't have that Cable anymore. Btw, that Hydra soldier is for sale or trade. (Crimson Dynamo or X-23/Felicia pack, pm to negotiate.) Last edited by Snowflakian; 12-02-2012 at 04:02 PM.. |
