I could be wrong, but I'm certain MW's specifically looking for his design from the game Mega Man Zero.

Walgreen's has an end cap display set up with lots of die-cast vehicles.
The cars & trucks are too small. However they have added ATV's & Snowmobiles which are in scale! |

Oh in that case, sorry. Just seen 5-6" types around, both model kits and figures.

Because of a comment about my furniture, I decided to take a quick look at the chairs available to 1/18 scale. From left to right: Parlor chair from the Halloween collection at Michaels, folding chair from World Peacekeepers HQ playset at Big Lots, Armchair from BifBangPow's Shark Tank box sets, Justice League chair from Pocket Superheroes line by DC Direct, and Star Trek bridge chair from Playmates movie bridge playset. The only chair I know about right now that I do not have is the Mego Hall of Justice/Fortress of Solitude playset chair from the Pocket Super Heroes line (note the spelling).

If you've seen the front page, you may have already seen the 4" Injustice 2 Batman figure. But its pretty bad ass. Hiya Toys are not priced like Hasbro's mass-produced stuff, but they're doing all the accessories and articulation that we like (e.g. Aliens/Predator). If they can get a DC video game license instead of Mattel, maybe there's hope of Hiya/BossFight/4H getting a Marvel video game license and doing 4"

So I am waiting on the Rainbowpool box set to come out, not that I like Deadpool or anything, but because I would like figures of Solo and Foolkiller, and not that these are the figures I would prefer, but they will do for now. Anyway, I started thinking about the other 2 figures in the box, Slapstick and Terror, neither of which is properly scaled. This is just because Dwight is a cheap bastard and did not want to dig out old bucks to make properly scaled versions of these 2 characters, so in thinking about that, I remembered this:
Here is a comparison shot of the Alpha Blanx side by side with the DCiH Atom and the Marvel Vance Astro, both of which are essentially painted blank figures from their respective lines. You can see how well it compares to the DCih figures as opposed to the Marvel figures, unless you are using it to make a kid size figure, which is the point here because Slapstick IS roughly kid size. I bought some more Kree from WalMart since they're pretty cheap. I wanted a prop to go with them so I bought a HeroClix Supreme Intellegence with all the money I saved this year on MU. SI is sitting on a spray paint lid. I think the scale is okay. Could be bigger but I ain't going to devote a whole 2L bottle to a floating head in my display. (Love you, Pilk!) |

So I got the Major figure from the Twilight Zone, but the uniform is wrong because unless he is going to a dinner at the White House or something like that, he would not be in a Mess Uniform, he would be in the green Dress Uniform, so I ordered a couple of b&w versions to repaint. The first one arrived today, yeah a Sunday of all days, and as I am looking at it, I start thinking "You know who this kind of looks like?"

Anybody have any amiibo's? I just want to see the comparison with human-based figures.
