Are those 4" putties/golems? I can't find any 4" Power Rangers or Sentai stuff outside of one 5 POA MMPR Red Ranger I have.

The following teams have 4" figures: MMPR: main line of 2010. Has extra figures in other lines. Samurai/Super Samurai: main line of 2011-2012. Has a Rita Repulsa figure. Megaforce: Main line of 2013. Super Megaforce: Only 5POA and only male rangers. Dino Charge: Only 5POA and only 3 male rangers. And to bring it back to Japanese figures, there have been at least one 4" scale line that I know of. Kyoryuger Brave Action: Made alongside the Kamen Rider Wizard candy toys. Only Red, Gold, and the cycle where made. Like the other 4" Rider candy toys made for whatever's current, they have 50/50 paint apps/stickers. |

Looks like I got some hunting to do. Thanks! Maybe I'll check Archivist's site too.

I picked up those new figs they are pretty nice. I also eBayed me a little army of the 4" Evangelion Revoltech Mini figures (00, 01, 04 models plus the extra weapon sets).

I wasn't too impressed with the Ranger figures but I did really like all the villains. I still wish I would have gotten a couple Goldars. I like the design of the guy. I'll dig out my PR figures later this week for some scale pictures. |

I just added the Super Mega force line and still need to add the regular megaforce line. I was annoyed with them moving back to 5 inch and only doing really striped down figures by the time Dino charge started.

Are there Shodo figures more stable than the HYbrid actions figs from a few years back? I Loved the Hybrid Actions look but they pretty much all broke or had parts that fell off and gotten lost.

I never had any of the Hybrid action ones so I can't compare them directly but these do have some issues staying together. They are okay for displaying but playing with them would definitely get them to have some parts fall off.

Extra Soldier, a line that Bandai made in the 90's when the games were new. Final Fantasy VII and VIII lines were both 5-5.5" (VIII also had a monster line), but IX being more chibi like in design were mostly about 3.5-4.5" tall. They came in two packs as well.
There was also a Kingdom Hearts line in the same style and size as IX. |

I want a Gine figure, but if we do get a female it'll probably be 18... Which of course I'm more than fine with.

There was also a Kingdom Hearts line in the same style and size as IX. It was barely articulated. No leg movement, mostly only arm swivel and a few had elbows. Some like vincent only had elbows. They made Barrett, Cloud, Tifa, Vincent, a Chocobo, Aeris/Aerith, a frog, Sephiroth, and Red XIII. Not sure if they ever made Yuffie. She was the only one I was missing. They were released in single packs and a boxed set. Mostly staction figures, but they'd make for some great custom fodder for 4'' figures. FFVIII had a 5-6'' line of staction figures that were similar, and then the 8-10'' summoner line with better articulation. I still have a few of those. |

I hope there's a SHODO release of Piccolo. I would buy SO FUCKING MANY for Namekian customs.

These finally came in.
I don't know anything about the source material but they sure are shiny. Each one comes with some extra dio pieces and heads. Shiny gold guy comes with a huge statue of Athena which my HACKS Athenian warrior can pray to. (On a side note there is a 100% accurate reproduction of the Parthenon and the Athena statue in Nashville, TN. I went there a couple years back on my way through. Its pretty awesome.) There is also a bunch of platforms that come as single color gray on sprus similar to Gundam models. I haven't put them together yet but it would be nice to be able to get those without having to get the over priced figures with them. |

SHODO Ultraman coming in October 2016. These look very similar to the Kamen Rider ones.

Piccolo's probably my fave, as he's the one who held out the longest in terms of relevance(maybe Tien to a degree). I think Power Levels sort of ruined DB to be honest, even though they gave it a lot of the drama. Not sure I'd change it, but would have been nice to have a reboot that wasn't all about that.

These wouldn't be considered "in-scale" though, would they? Bah. I'll probably end up buying them anyway....
