we started with Piccolo and we were like "ooh we like it" so we bought Goku then Gohan then we thought maybe we'll like the Kamen Rider Figures too even though we've never heard of it.so we bought Gills and we instantly liked him more then the Goku or Piccolo Figuarts.so after that we started watching the Japanese Kamen Rider and have since then bought 3 Different kuugas, the 2 One Piece Figuarts,Gills Raider/Bike,Pre-ordered Joker and Eternal,we're about to buy Deneb Imagin. And we even liked the show so much we've bought SIC Kiwami Tamshii Momotaros which is a little taller then 3 3/4 figures, but with all that it comes with, the articulation and the price 1,200 jpy(we got it for 500jpy since it was on sale for 55% off) It puts MU to shame,so MU h....ha......has taken a back seat to Kamen Rider items. We are Seriously Daring Someone to buy an S.H.Figuarts. that is what we're doing with Kamen Rider Items Last edited by TheSymbiote; 11-15-2010 at 05:28 PM.. |

I hate Marvel Comics but I can't stop buying these. Secret Wars 2 packs took me and it was downhill from there

Can anyone suggest a good head for a Hydro-Man custom?
Also any suggestions for Boomerangs that...Boomerang could use? I haven't tried this (don't have either figure yet) but has anyone put MU Dark Phoenix on the Marvel Select Phoenix base? |

There was one of the old wrestling figures,WWE JBL, that had a nearly perfect head for the classic black t-shirt Hydro-Man. I put it on an Absorbing man with painted pants and a t-shirt, and used the Spider-Man 6" figure arms and base to finish the figure.

Has anybody made a hydro custom using iceman? I know he'd be a bit lanky but if you just transplant the arms it might look cool.

Damn man I found him about 2 months ago and I'm SO GLAD I picked him up! I'd have regretted it. Still not found a decent bike for him to ride yet though! Gonna get one at some point :P

When painting a straight line you can use the blue tape or if you feel bold you can do these , make sure you support you arms on a table then HOLD your breathe while making medium length strokes with your brush to make straight lines.

Bingo, Biggs Darklighter makes a perfect classic Stark paired with an A-Team face body. I presume an upcoming Prof X body would be perfect too. Good tips everyone! |

Use the ROTS Obi Wan head for Tony Stark- really- just remove the side beard paint, paint the hair and goatee black and he's adead ringer for the EMH Tony Stark.
Another good tip is Heroclix- use their Ant Man and Ultimate wasp for figs both in sale with MU and 1000% better than the box set versions! Those are dirt cheap too! |

What do you mean? You just pull their heads right up and off- a little scary the first time, but really, it wont damage anything.

....unless you're trying to remove the head of Jim Lee Cyclops. It took forever to get that damn thing removed.
