think it might be different from figure to figure. couple of the cyclops figures i had were tough to pop the heads off without heat. i'd also heard of someone snapping the peg when trying to pop off the rogers head. best way to for sure do it without damage is heating up the head with water, a blow dryer, or a warm lamp.

Anybody got a suggestion for a morph figure head? I was thinking of getting an extra Wolverine in x class uniform and head/hand swapping it

Excellent! Looks best on n Extremis or Advanced armor.
I need a Hush head for Exiles Morph- the rest of the body and cape I have. |

But the head wont fit so woe is me. It'd be a quick and easy morph.

If the head doesn't come off right away (like newer figures such as Cyclops, Namor, Warlock, etc), heat water in the microwave for a minute. Take it out, and dip the figure in the water for about 30 seconds, and then the plastic will be softened and things pop right off.

as far as Morph goes, I've used a head from Star Wars with some silly putty tucked in to keep it tight. Janek Sunber is the guy's name.

You guys all seem to want the cartoon Morph, which looks like the Toad sans tongue to me....I want the Exiles version, which is sorta Deadpool's mask with a mouth.

The Janek Sunber head works well for cartoon Morph, I've seen it, howeve I can't find the pics, as for Exiles/AoA Morph I'm hesitant on the Hush head, I think Hush's head works better for Chameleon from Spider Man

Does anyone have any tips, ideas, or rigid instructions for making (variant) Havok's headpiece? Mine does not have one.

dude i was thinking the same thing! i got the wolvie but cant find a good head. i just tried this today, if you wanna take upper body apart to get to the arm with ball joint, only works for the new molds steve rogers, cyclops, ect. , take a razor slide trew shoulders going along the line starting from neck, then gently pull apart, comes off in one piece, good for swaping skin arm from namor to other figs if you dont want to paint and get paint rub.
