Marvel Universe - Variants? How Many?

Hey everyone it's Johnny,

If you are like me then that means you are still waiting around for that damn "black" Ronin to hit the market. I have checked 20+ stores and have yet to see any real "variants".

So my question to you is...How many variants are there? and Which ones are they? also, Can we put it in a list format for Toyark?...and Who here has 'em?

I know of these;

Ronin - Black var.
Spiderman - Black var.
Vision - Clear var.
Warpath - Red var.
Dare Devil - Dark var.
Bullseye - Dark var.

Are there any beyond that? THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE Silver Centurion, Iron Fist (SM body), Stealth Iron Man/s, etc. (It has to be a paint variation, not a new figure apart of the revisions.)

I haven't seen the Black Ronin either. I always check, too. The only strictly repaints that I have seen are the dark blue Spider-Man, Dark Blue/White Human Torch, Dark Blue/White Thing and Black Bullseye.

Really looking forward to getting the variant Warpath.

i was hoping you would,im too lazy to do it.i've found every varient except ronin,vision,warpath,and i cant tell the difference between matte and glossy.

I could swear Ronin's been restocked a couple times since the rumor of a black variant started. Nobody's ever seen him.

That "dark" Daredevil is also like the loch ness monster. A couple people have claimed to see him but only blurry pics to prove it.

That Vision, Warpath and Wolverine variant from ComicFigs.net seem the most real to me since the pictures were the best. I want these the most.

I don't know of any case revisions that are coming any time soon that will supply any of these variants.

I have definitely seen the Dark Bullseye variant and the Dark Spiderman variant but nothing else

BTW Would you include the Negative Zone Johnny and Thing (Dark Blue and White). Same figure just different paint jobs?

Yes, this is great. It gives me an idea of whats out there.

And Variant only includes re-deco. Characters such as Iron fist (I feel) are new figures just like Silver Centurion even though he is a re-deco of the first Iron Man release.

I still have yet to find any of these other than, Spiderman Black.

All the others seem to be...mystical....

Rulk - Gloss and Flat finish
Electro - Gloss and Flat Finish

Not sure if those are considered "variants" but they are real.

I have found the Dark DareDevil and Bullseye (picked up Bullseye).

I have also seen and both of the Rulks (one is mine and the other is a friend's). I have nto seen Matte Electro but did get Gloss one.

Thing - Dark blue and white boots
Thing - Light blue and black boots
Human torch - Dark Blue white gloves and boots
Human torch - Light Blue Black gloves and boots

There are probably others too.

I forgot about those...Yes those are considered variants in my book.

Rulk...I think mine is Flat. There is an Electro variation but I have yet to see that.

Man, I cannot believe that there are this many already...and I have yet to see half of them.

I am hoping that in the next wave of MU that there will be the clear vision...I need a intangeble version of him.

has anyone been able to find clear vision anywhere? after the post of the pictures it seems i have not been able to locate in any stores, online, or ebay.

A few notes:
- So it looks like the dark paint Bullseye is real? I've yet to see it but it's all over Ebay and a lot of people here said they saw/have it.

- Electro I put as confirmed, as there have been a couple distinct pictures on the net that I've seen but very few and far between. I've never seen it myself. I've seen the Hulk one once I think.

- Ronin was mentioned in a Hasbro interview like last summer but there's not been a single picture of it ever.

- Daredevil has had nothing but one blurry picture and nothing more. If someone can actually post an in package picture of this eventually, that'd be amazing.

- Have people seen the Warpath and Vision ones in store yet? Pictures?

there actually has been pictures from last years SDCC of the Black Ronin.

They had him on display.

That is another one I have yet to see. The gloss variant of Electro. In my area I only seem to get the Flat finish of figs. I don't go for the variants, I go for what paintjob best represents the fig imo. So I'm still lookig for a Black Bullseye and Gloss Electro. Won't buy Ronin because he is also Hawkeye and look a million times better as that.

I dont think there is a black Bullseye. I have three of them and two are the light blue from wave one and the other is a dark blue, the dark blue Bullseye looks like the same dark blue on negative zone Johnny Storm and Thing.

There's the first wave faded blue and a recent dark blue Bullseye. There is no black one.

Many of us have an extra Mr. Fantastic Body now from switching his head to the light blue black gloves torch body. So you could always switch his hands with that body.

When was this confirmed? Cause they have 3 more hair pieces for her hair styles all shown at SDCC, but all were red. One's short cut and spikey like 90s widow, one's chin length, and one's shoulder length. (as seen in the wave 6 photos) Originally they said she'd come with all 3 hair pieces, but apparently that changed in favor of variants. So I have no clue where blonde came from. AFAIK no wave 7 info (about variants) has been released just yet short of potentially what toy fair UK has said... Which I'm not apt to trust anyway.
Oh well, the US toy fair is coming, and we should see lots of our answers there.

I thought they said that the blode hair would be included with Black Widow but when we saw the pictures of it in package she only had the redhair.

I used my Mr.Fantastic for an updated custom instead. Can you Guess?
