LOL, yep. Especially with Horde Prime coming later this year. I'm waiting on him to arrive before opening all my Horde figures. But it's hard looking at the awesomeness that is Hordak and resist the temptation to open him up now.

Well Horde Prime never appeared in the cartoon other than as a big hand, so it doesn't really matter to me on the same scale that it matters to you but I still want him as a figure. I'm definitely getting some 30th Anniversary figures, the Snakemen 2 packs for sure. At least 2. There was speculation that they would be releasing colour variants and I wish they'd confirm it so I don't buy 2 packs if they're doing more. I only have 2 packs of Eternian Guards and I like to keep things balanced. LOL.

^^ That is, if they wind up doing 2 different 2 pack versions, I'd only buy one of each for a total of 4 Snakemen, if they have more than that, well... I'll have to see about getting more Eternian Guards... LOL.

I finally caved in, bit the bullet, chewed the bullet into tiny bits and spit them out and bought myself a DSLR. I don't know how to use this fancy camera yet but wow, what a difference it makes in clarity.

He's pricey and annoying, but I don't feel like I can have a complete Heroic Warriors without him. IMO, you need He-man, Man At Arms, Teela, Orko. These are the must haves. Then pepper it with extras like Stratos, Man-E-Faces, Sy-Klone, Ram Man and Roboto. I don't think the secondary Heroic Warriors are as important as Skeletor's henchmen, ie: Trap Jaw, Evil Lyn, Merman, Tri-Klops and Beastman. But yeah, at around $50 to $70 for just Orko alone, it's a tough sell for sure. He was one of my LASTEST acquisitions. Got sick of everyone saying, "Yeah, these are cool, but do you have Orko??" "Where's the little red wizard dude with the O on his chest??" "Where's the cute little troll guy??" LOL. There, I got him, happy???

Let me know if you got any doubles that you want to part with haha. I don't know what it is but Man-E-Faces is flipping cool looking.

I don't personally but my friend has a bunch that I'm sure he'd part with. I only have one of each (As you can probably imagine, it takes up a lot of space) Plus I have multiples of Eternian Guards and like 4 Shadow Beasts. I'm nuts about army building. LOL. One thing I don't have is a lot of space. It's running out big time. I almost bought that set from the guy in Alberta who had everything except Orko and Adam and Sorceress, Fisto and Shadow Weaver, Kobra Khan but he never got back to me. I think he had second thoughts about selling in the end. Can't say I blame the guy.

Depending on how long it takes for my MOTUC shit to come in the mail, I am highly considering dropping MU/ML all together just because interest in gone. I'd NEVER sell any of them though, fuck that lol. Probably will be subbing next year though if I really, really, really enjoy the figures I get now. Also if I don't want a figure, can always sell/trade! =D.

I'm thinking of selling my entire MU collection. I have everything except the latest two pack with Warlock and Thanos and Gambit and Sinister, the Archangel X-Force version and the Psylocke wave. It's just sitting in tubs now. Ever since I got into DCUC and MOTUC, those MUs just don't seem that impressive. Especially with their latest offerings. It's going to take a lot to get me back into it.

If Mattel can figure something out for a 4" DC line that will rival MU, I'd jump on that boat and abandon MU.

Yeah I have all of DC Infinite Heroes including the ultra rare ones but that entire series sucks. I'm sure I would've been happier collecting ML instead of MU but that ship has sailed.

Yeah, it's the head from the comic series art by Alfredo Alcala. The skull helmet thing was just background art from the original concept sketches. Demo Man is actually what Skeletor was supposed to look like and that skull thing was just laying on the ground. They decided to make it an accessory. Vikor is also the original drawing of He-man from the concept sketches.
Vikor is bad ass I dug how they incorporated him into the story as an ancient predecessor.

As far as I know, Alcala only worked on the mini comics that came packed with the vintage figures. There were many issues and they were awesome. I remember as a child, I read an issue featuring King Hiss. It scared the hell out of me because in the comic He-man sees Evil Warriors who appeared to be bullying some man with green clothing and he scared them away. The man thanked He-man and offered a handshake. When He-man went to shake his hand, his skin came off and he revealed his snake form which was basically human from the waist down but his body the snake head with snakes for arms with smaller snakes entwined. He-man then becomes hypnotized. Freaky.... Yep. Crazy stuff.

Yeah I know hey?? Especially for an 80s mini-comic for kids! As a 200x fan, you'll appreciate this. **Spoiler Alert**They had one where King Randor is searching for his long lost brother Keldor who is stuck in some other dimension and things get tricky. Vintage confirmation that Keldor/Skeletor is Randor's brother and therefore He-man's evil uncle. Definitely recommend it.

You mean the IDW Icons of Evil one? Yeah, that was grim. Same with the Beastman and Tri-Klops and Merman ones. I don't really remember the Evil Lyn one... Tri-Klops one was probably the darkest one. I remember the Merman one disturbed me, too, though I can't recall why.

It has begun. Grizzlor came in the mail today and wow...just wow. I am glad this is my first MOTUC figure. I cannot, and I mean CANNOT wait for my Mattycollector order to come in. Also bought She-Ra and Leech from a fellow Arker so my Horde ranks are growing!! Next on the hit list is Catra. However, I saw a review and she has a soft plastic hand. Is that just a mistake or are they all like that?

They're all like that but unless you have a reason to bend her fingers all the way back to her wristbone, you shoudn't worry about breakages. Considering no one has poseable fingers anyway, it's really nothing to be concerned about.
