I posted pics a few days ago in the "Look what I got thread" of these. Case is 6 figures. Patty and Jillian are the 1 per case figures.

All I need is one of the proton packs and a trap from one of them.

Curious about the pricing. Anything significant about 1987? Why not 19.84 or 20.16

God awful.
Read an article that the trailer was the most hated trailer on you tube of all time. That's awesome. Hope this piece of filth bombs hard!

Ugh. Another line from Mattel that will stinkingly take up peg space.

No figures in my neck of the woods. Heard the packs and wands are solid black with no paint details. Really, Mattel? |

They have those gaping crotch things for one.

Most disliked and the comments show nothing, but hateful women bashing. It's also got something like 30,000,000 views which is more than Sony's used to. I see this doing much better than most anticipate, despite the very vocal haters' reaction.

No, Sony deleted all of the negative comments that were well thought out, constructive, and non offensive, but left all of the disgusting comments in place.

I disagree, it looks terrible. Worse than BvsS. And Sony just did a test screening and is now in a panic because the audience hated it so much so that they are deleting anyone's comments about the test screening.

Typical Mattel, but not bad for what they are. I might get Holtzmann, as she seems like she'll be a fun character, but the others are easy passes. I might also get the Stay Puft they're doing in the ghost wave of figures they're doing.
The only significance is that it's the same price as the DC Multiverse figures. I don't think I've ever seen a price be a reference to a year. Not on purpose anyways.

The price is the same as any other MSRP $19.99 figure. Wal mart is always a little cheaper than MSRP so they can claim to have the lowest price. You can see that the DC Multiverse figures are $19.87 as well in the pic.

I haven't watched the trailer for the remake but this right here is why I don't want to. The original Ghostbusters is a classic. It was highly successful upon release and remains a strong film that still resonates in pop culture today. This remake is yet another in a line of unnecessary movie remakes, the quality is besides the point. The last good remake I saw was the new Star Wars.

They've done a lot of test screenings. Paul Feig shoots a ton of footage and has many different cuts. Some have safer jokes and some have riskier jokes. Some screenings go well, some bad, all in an effort for his perfect cut. I've been talking to someone who has seen one of these screenings and enjoyed it. Said the audience did, too.

I retract my previous statement. Picked up the figures today and the pack is cast dark gray. The wand has black grips and some tubes painted brass colored. The back has, like, three lights painted on it. Not as good as tge classic versions, but better than I was told.

Rowan's ghost looks like somebody stole a better C&C figure and replaced it with parts from a Happy Meal toy. V-crotch on a 'collector' figure in 2016. #smh
And why pay $80 for the set now when you know they'll be flooding discount stores next winter for $4-5 apiece? |

My dislike has NOTHING to do with it having a female cast, either. I'd think the humor in this movie is lame no matter what the gender of the actor saying the lines, since this style of humor is not for me at all. I don't know any females who think the movie looks good either I like all these actors in the remake also, and I've been a huge Kristin Wiig fan for years. My dislike for this movie has nothing to do with gender...like thousands of other men and women, we think it looks awful and it is insulting to be told I am a misogynist simply because I think a movie starring women looks moronic. |
