Too much hassle to run a whole other website for a sub only toy line that, realistically, is going to have little impact. When the license was in full swing in 2011 and 2012, the site was barely being looked at and that was when we had mainline toys in retail stores, a collector line, statues and a cartoon.
If a cartoon or movie ever makes its way to audiences, then it might be worth opening up again. But right now, I have no interest in opening that back up. |

The cartoon's torso is much longer the spikes are much closer together at the top the head is no where as big as the figure's. Last edited by jestermon; 02-01-2016 at 12:20 PM.. |

Your answer is in the post you quoted. There is not enough interest in the brand to justify me pulling time away and managing another site. There wasn't any interest in the brand when we had a full blown toon, main line, etc. There's even less so now. It remains as an archive of, mainly, the 2011 toon and the licensed items that were released in that time frame.

Tha paint and sculptwork on these figures looks pretty good but..... the proportions are horrible ! I really dont remember well how they looked in the TV show but the figures themselves all have really short legs. The articulation doesn't seem all that great either....
Really, Bandai should have kept it up with that 9-10-inch line. It was the best thing ever; great articulation, great sculpts, and accessories and a very good price. |

In speaking of general TCats collectibles, I still regret not buying the Sideshow Mumm Ra statue they had a couple of years ago. The price on the secondary market is crazy.
In any event, I really enjoy the look of these figures but still too rich for my blood for what you get. Plus horrible shipping through DR. |

Plus they charge tax on the shipping price.
Just learned that the hard way.

I can't tell you how many times I had to fight with Digital River. I decided on the one lump shipment option to avoid interacting with that company as much as possible.

Well I bit the bullet and subbed with 1 time shipping. I really wanted to collect this line from the start and not miss anything. The figures look amazing.

Well, I subbed.
When do they start charging for the other figures? |

The packaging kinda sucks, but its cool. Its kinda boring, big time. There were cooler choices at SDCC last year. Oh, well, I'm getting this for the figure, and not the packaging

Yup, that's very boring packaging.

I must say the Pumyra head sculpt is terrible, the eyes are far too large, the face sinks in at the nose and slopes the face down weirdly to the chin which makes the neanderthal forehead protruding even worse. Matty need to start all over again with this head. It is amateur work and should be binned. All other figures look fantastic

Yikes! Can't say that I'm a fan of anything that figure's got going on. He'd look a lot better if they'd have put some effort into hiding those joints a little bit. As it stands he kinda looks... He-Man-esque?

They're reusing pieces from the existing MOTUC bodies for these. Much like they did with 6" DC figures.

SO, if you weren't able to get in on the subscription, I take it there's no way to get these aside from Ebay?
