I look forward to seeing Todd McFarlane attempt to defend his choice of 3 PoA for toys based on a fighting game.

I really hope that Storm isn't losing the license for Mortal Kombat, they just announced that Johnny Cage was coming, and they've shown off such amazing prototypes for future figures.
I guess McFarlane would be good for scene specific modern MK items like statues of the X-Ray and Fatality moves but I have no faith that they can make an actual articulated action figure as good as Storm can. |

Plus, I wouldn't be too worried about articulation (at least, in relation to other ~$20 6-7 inch mass retail figures) given the impressive articulation on the recent Fortnite figures from McFarlane. Unless Warner Bros. takes the "eh, don't really care about articulation, just make good sculpt" approach to how they dictate McFarlane use the DC and Mortal Kombat license the way HBO and CBS do with Game of Thrones and Star Trek, respectively, I can see these being pretty well-articulated. |

Something I'd love to see, but doubt they would ever do, is figures from the 1st Mortal Kombat movie. Like I said, doubt McFarlane would tackle that.

Im glad that there's gonna be MK11 figures, I've loved the revealed designs so far, especially with some leaner proportions than what storm has been putting out. My excitement for MF figures will always be based on whether we're getting Fortnite style ones or traditional MF, GoT articulation amount ones

With all these licenses McFarlane is announcing, I'm gonna make another wild prediction: McFarlane Ghostbusters! I'm basing this solely on the fact that they already negotiated the rights to make the Stranger Things kids in GB suits, and they'd fit perfectly in the new Movie Maniacs lineup!

I'm hoping he made a deal with WB to use Spawn in MK11 in exchange for exclusive rights to produce MK11 figures.

What? You don’t like the GI Joe Mortal Kombat figures? The Mortal Kombat themed Cobra vehicles? Lol I had quite a few of those.

From what I've seen, most of McFarlane's current figures have a decent amount of articulation. I know they tried to push those Color Tops figures for the Walking Dead for a bit, but they kinda walked back on that choice, didn't they? I know that their articulation isn't the most advanced, but I seriously don't expect to see statues with poseable arms for the MK line or the DC line.
