It's no doubt disappointing, but not too surprising they have no DC offerings to show yet. Maybe 2020 Toy Fair is a good bet.

Probably not from McFarlane. They are part of the Previews booth, which doesn't get updated as it isn't manned by the individual company reps.

Gotta get that Fortnite Wolf.
The Mortal Kombat figures look great. Really hoping for some closer to the original designs. Just not a fan of the 50lbs of armor on them. |

Mortal Kombat toy lines will always be failures as long they only make Scorpion, Sub Zero and never get to the other characters.

Besides... ARE they failures? Scorpion and Subzero are the two most popular. Selling them first nets you the most buyers. It gives you a good look at what’s the top threshold for your figure. Releasing Johnny Cage, Quan Chi, Jax, and Kitana first is a good way to not make money.

Can we get some insight as to the scale of the Mortal Kombat figures? They look so much smaller standing next to Harry Potter.
Hoping for 7inch scale, but they look tiny. |

Nothing new of note. Mostly stuff we've seen a while now. John Wick, Robocop, Alien, TDK Bruce Wayne, Ra's al Ghul, couple Neon Genesis mechs.

Damn! Was hoping they’d show off some of the Fallout figs.

So disappointed in the lack of Game of Thrones figures. I was excited that McFarlane did a pretty good job with its 1st wave of 4, particularly the Night King, but more tiny dragons isn't what I expected or wanted. There are so many rich figures to mine and release: Bronn, Cersei, the Mountain, Ned, Sansa, Jorah Mormont......and I hope Todd isn't dropping the ball here.
I was hoping for a Walking Dead - style inventory where like 8 figures a year are released! |

They were upfront from the beginning that these were MK 11 figures. I know the nostalgia costume for Scorpion is in the game, but that'd kinda defeat the purpose of doing the line for that specific game if they just gave him his 90s look.

That's a salient point, but surely McFarlane knew the show was ending when they acquired the license to GoT this year, right?

I'm sure they knew it was ending (we all did) but perhaps the unforeseen fan backlash against the final season is giving them pause, like they want to let tempers cool before trying to push more merchandise.

Doom, Borderlands and MK are all instant buys on my end. Hoping Doom goes beyond the Doom Slayer. Would be nice if the Borderlands line came out a little faster. Given that later i worry that MK figures will be dropped at rates of two to four characters a year with the line dying after a few short years well short of the full roster. Was hoping we would see some Fallout stuff. Power armor has so much potential and gives them a chance to drop the same figure a dozen times with different paint apps.

I was hoping for more Game of Thrones characters, not just dragons. I liked the first set for the most part.
