If they put out a MAFEX version of Alex, I'd definitely buy that. Not into the RAH stuff. Way too much for me.

Very interested in the 2001 figures. Instant purchase if the helmets are removable w/ Dullea & Lockwood heads.

Alex Delarge should be a must buy but RAH wouldn't fit with anything I've collected. Hoping various 6" plastic versions get made.

I wish the Space Odyssey toys were actually playline, they have very bright colors and that old school sci-fi style which was used for many great vintage toys...

This is truly surprising and amazing. Definitely getting the 2001 figures. Really wish Alex was Mafex too.

I wonder who else will produce collectibles from 2001 or 2010. It's not hard to imagine ship miniatures, a diorama of the moon excavation scene, and at least one more premium line of action figures.

man I want those 2001 figures bad... but I just can't justify that cost. So cool though.
