At my local Targets, these sell surprisingly well. Especially anything Wizard of Oz and old TV. The Star Trek ones seem hit or miss per store.

They are clogging shelves here in South Florida. They can't get rid of them not even at discounted prices.

Target pulls online orders directly from stores, so its hard to know if the business any stores are getting are local or national. All the waves share similar stock numbers, which is why allot of stores still have allot of Wave one on pegboards. They only restock when those stock numbers decline. Its not the best restocking system, that's for sure.

That being said, outside of the monster figures which looked pretty cool at the Toyfair display, the other stuff, especially KISS and Trek 14 inch looked pretty rough on the design side. Not a fan of those head sculpts or the tailoring on the outfits. They really need to up their game to compete in this market place.
