Nice, but I really don’t know about that face. It looks like a cosplayer to me, not the actual Joker himself.

Not really big into collecting DC, but that's a pretty nice figure. The detail on the heads are super impressive.

I really dig the Mezco aesthetic of making their figures more 'real world'. It fits them really well! I personally really like the headsculpt, I feel that it is a good blend of comics and real life that just works IMO. I'm gonna have to add him to my pre-order list!
EDIT: But as great as it is, I do feel like he could use some more iconic accessories, such as a crowbar for one. Last edited by THE Thuggernaut; 09-14-2016 at 06:56 AM.. |

Generally speaking, I find the Collective figures utterly hideous (you just can't give a mass-market toy that small a removable cloth costume and make it look good), but the laughing sculpt might just be the greatest "Joker face" presented by anyone in any medium, ever.

I concur. Great head sculpts but eveything else on these Mezco figures are ugly. They also aren't very well made because my Spock figure's hand peg fell off and Mezco refuses to help.

Their TDKR Batman and BvS Armored Batman are phenomenal figures and most of the new ones look amazing to me as well, especially Green Arrow. I think the cloth clothing looks great on most of them, only one I highly dislike is Shazam.

But with that said I don't dislike this figure. It's not something I'd want though. |

This is an instant-preorder for me. Fantastic looking figure! If I could only collect one line, it would be Mezco's One:12 Collective line. Superb figures.

I wasn't planning on picking this one up, but the sculpt is fantastic!
I already have Batman TDKR and all the Star Trek figures released so far and I love them. I'm not sure why all the hate. The cloth costumes are amazingly rendered and these are the best Original Series figures I've ever owned.

This is a good start. I'm holding off and waiting for the Previews Version or a Con exclusive. Maybe Killing Joke or Red Hood version?

Mezco keeps knocking these figures out the park. Costume, sculpt & accessories are first rate. It's a shame the gun doesn't have a joke "Bang!" flag hanging from it, but that's a minor quibble. This is a no-brainer.
