Wow, they kinda nailed it. Good accessories as well. Tempting.

Great sculpt, great tailoring, great paint, but Jesus Marimba is that a price jump from the last horror figure. $5 More expensive than Gomez without being an exclusive. I hope this isn't a reflection on the cost of licensing.

Mezco may price me out of collecting this line by 2020 if this keeps up.

If I had to guess, which is what I am doing here, I'd guess that they want to be close to half the price of a Hot Toys figure. The 1/12 Collective is half the size of a 1/6 scale Hot Toys, Mezco typically packs in a bunch of accessories similar to Hot Toys, though Mezco tends to have more extra heads. Maybe by 2020 these will be more like $120. I'd be glad to be wrong.

Mezco said he would cost more at Toy Fair do to him being almost 7" and the costume requiring more tailoring than most. Justified or not that is their reasoning

The tailoring cost is also one of the reasons NECA stated for their 8" clothed version being more expensive than usual.

Makes sense. They're are multiple layers that most of the others don't require. $100 is still a kick in the wallet compared to what you can get from NECA for that cost

Certainly no shortage of Pennywise figures available. Geez.

That's decent justification given the complexity of the outfit and likely smaller production run we have seen with some of the horror figures.

Looking forward to seeing how the final product turns out.

Cool. I'll be getting this as my regular/default Pennywise and I'll get the NECA Well House and Dancing Clown versions as my "monster" Pennywise.
