Yeah. These do nothing for me. I don't "Battle Beasts" from these.

Some of the designs are pretty trippy, but yeah, they don't really feel like Battle Beast figures. Seems like they may have missed the mark.
Yeah, those actually look more like Battle beasts then these. |

i'm in the "ummmm i'm thinking no on these" camp. i was really looking forward to these but now that i know they are just minimates with extra kibble on them i'm staying way way the hell away from these. they don't have the look or feel of battle beasts, more of ramdom anthropomorphic designs who are from the thundercats or a cancelled animated tv show.
what a let down.

I agree that they just don't feel like Battle Beast. But there is something oddly appealing about them even as Minimates with extra bits. The human characters are a pass though because I'm just not a Minimates fan. Maybe I could sell the human figures on e-Bay to someone needing the parts for customizing or something.

I'll probably bite on these as I've been wanting an excuse to get into Minimates for a while.

I might pick some of these up, but not as Battle Beasts - purely as Minimates.
I agree the Beast Saga and Glyos stuff looks more on point, similar to how MOTU was updated with MOTUC (or G1 with neo-Classics [CHUG]).

They look pretty cool. For Minimates, they have some fantastic stylings and are a nice departure from standard Minimates parts. Not really something I'd buy though. I think the Beast Saga stuff is more in line with what I was hoping for.
