Am I alone thinking this is actually a downgrade from the Classics line?
Less sculpted details & the articulations are not looking good. |

The point of these is to mimic the old animation style of the He-Man show (ie, less detailed sculpts, since the more detailed a cartoon is, the more time/money has to go into that detailing, haha, and in the 80's cartoons weren't much more than glorified toy commercials done on the cheap to maximize profits) and the articulation style is still comparable to the standard MOTU Classics figures.

That's my problem with it Startaiger. I get that they are going for the cartoon appearance, but they really need to update their sculpts. Their articulation is so outdated they might as well just be selling vintage toys instead. No double jointed knees or elbows and the ankle rocker is so 2006. Less details should mean more articulation, but Mattel seems to think they can just reuse the same body molds and charge $40 (when you include shipping).

*They made a line of Barbies called "Made to Move". I own one and I love her to bits, though she has a few flaws like not been able to stand-_-.
