I'm still lukewarm about the Mighty Spector but I cannot WAIT for Slush Head. That's going to be a great figure and I love the gimmick that you can fill his bowl with water. LOL.

Neither of these characters peak my interest. I don't think I will be ordering that month.

They look awesome! Sadly I know nothing about these two so they will probably be a pass that I will end up regretting haha.

Slush Head is a villain from the New Adventures series and Mighty Spector is Scott Neitlich's (MOTUC brand manager) creation for the 30th Anniversary sub-line. I'm actually pretty excited to get Slush Head. Mighty Spector can go either way, but I think I'll end up getting him.

He's a new character created by ToyGuru. He was literally introduced into the MOTU Universe recently. Yes, I know his history and ToyGuru's creepy childhood jollies with this idea. He's new to MOTU, though, as ToyGuru submitted a TOTALLY different character to the original design contest when he was a kid (so he said).

Really hoping to get Slush Head! I am a big fan of the New adventures of He-Man so this is a must have. I am not sure I will be picking up any of the added characters.

Who is Lt. Spector on the back of the box? Looks like Man-at-Arms.
Anyways, I absolutely abhor how they're putting just-created figures/characters into the 30th Anniversary sub-line. That makes no sense whatsoever. They aren't classic figures, they're just created, why celebrate 30 years with characters that haven't even been around ONE of those 30 years?! |

I'm assuming that the dragon that I think is neat is of the same vein then seeing as how I have no idea who he is as well? |

Correct. All figures from this line are fan made including Fearless Photog who was submitted by Nathan Bitner in the 1980s for a Create A MOTU Character Contest. Mattel never made good on that part of the prize until now, nearly 30 years later. Draego-man is created by the Four Horsemen, the sculptors for this line as well as DC Universe Classics and a few other original lines. He was designed by the Four Horsemen, which is why so far he's, at least in my opinion, the best design of all the new creations. Sir Lasor Lot was invented by Geoff Johns, a DC writer, not an artist, probably a reason why the design is OK but well, whatever. It's OK. He was the only one generous to lend his name to a creation without getting paid. |

Alright, Slush Head is looking better than expected by Mighty Spector? Still UGH! He's the reason I DIDN't get a subscription, considering it was easy to get Photog in February,I can get Draego and Sir LL. Will not be losing sleep if I dont get this figure, If I do get him I'd probably feed him to Panthor. Heroic Kitty Kong.

Draego-man looks fantasic and if I wasn't worried about breaking down and buying more of the MOTUC reptile types I'd buy him in a heartbeat. Hell I still might. |

Man I was wondering who that was...once upon a time ol' YFH found a toy in the backyard of the new house he and his family had moved into. Looked weird and I didn't recognize it, but he was a default villan for awhile, s'good to know who he is finally. Slush head...
