Got this in the mail yesterday, I was ecstatic! Very sorry about the pictures.. they were phone -> email -> here, so not the quality you'd hope for I know. But the new articulation in the feet is both amazing and quite awkward all at the same time. And Cable's left leg's boot cover isn't straight and it bugs me to no end.. haha.. but overall, amazing set!
(Apologies for no good shots of Cyclops/Wolverine as well as 0 of Gladiator.. will happily get some with a real camera if requested!) |

Cable and Cyclops for sure, Apoc obviously does not.
I can't remember if Gladiator or Wolverine did or not now.. I literally got to open them and spend about 5-10 minutes messing with them before my wife made me help do other things before bed. :P I'll check tonight and take pics too if you'd like |

If I recall, they move more than bleeding edge iron mans. I will have to mess with his again and see. These fully rotate 360 as well as go straight out to the side, which makes them look like they have definitely broken an ankle. :P

I noticed this too on Cyclops and was like wtf. Then realized it was a new point of articulation. My roommate and I went hunting all across CA for these new figures. The only one we are looking for is the taskmaster/deadpool comic pack.

Yeah I have everything pre-ordered (out of fear of retail never receiving them any more) EXCEPT the comic packs. I may have to end up snagging them online if I never see them. I look daily on lunch break, but nothing yet.

Is the two pack Deadpool worth my $15 to upgrade my XMO comic Deadpool?
I'm not sure I need Taskmaster, so I'd only buy that two pack if the Deadpool is a solid upgrade from the XMO version, which I'm happy with.

I would say no then. I want Taskmaster as well as the Deadpool (even though I also have XMO version) so it's worthwhile, but just for a newer deadpool, not in my opinion.

Best figure in the line is bleeding edge iron man imho, with the new ankle joints, now it might just be Cable

lol @ traveling all over CA. We were both visiting family for the Easter weekend in different parts of CA and just made stops on route. Unfortunately, just about ever major retailer I encountered between San Diego and Valencia, CA weren't even carrying any of the new wave figures.
I found Cyclops, Apocalypse, Cable and the Wolverine/Silver Samurai comic pack at the comic shop on Universal City walk outside of Universal Studios Hollywood. These were a total impulse buy at inflated prices and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who is tight on money and has the patience to wait. I got the last Cable and Apocalypse but unfortunately the only Deadpool/Taskmaster pack they had left was reserved for someone and underneath the counter. The pegs were full of Wolvie/SS two packs, and 1'st appearance Wolvie (which looked worthless, IMO). I could care less about the 1st appearance wolverine and avoided him like the plague. Symbiote updated the thread http://www.toyark.com/our-ever-growi...e-25991-page2/ with pics of the new figs we got. Check out some of his comments. I personally agreed with him that Logan/Patch sucked as a figure. Paint apps on the face (all 7 I saw on pegs) were ridiculously bad. About as bad as the original face from the Wolverine Xavier School figure. Grab the pack for Silver Samurai and pillage Logan for the closed fists and place those puppies on the X-Force Wolvie ASAP. Note to Symbiote: Take some pics showcasing Cyke's ankle articulation when you can.

UPS says my order frm BBTS arrives tmorrow!
Now I sorta regret not getting cable...but I've never really liked him much. No one cried except Hope when he got torn apart and killed. Not even Cyclops. |

Ok dropped 14$ on cyclops at my local comic shop today! I figure my odds of seeing him at retail were slim to nill considering its 1 to a case.. He is excellent

I'm picking up Apoc, Cable, Cyc, and Gladiator tomorrow from my local comic shop in Syracuse. I think he usually gets his stuff from Entertainment Earth.

I ordered Cable and Cyclops from a guy on eBay who said they should ship out in about a week. Cyclops I decided to buy from him at the last second, but the price was pretty good (about $30 for the set).

I just got done doing my rounds around the Philly area but no luck with the new wave...I was at a kmart and walmart and both of them didn't even have peg hooks for marvel universe, just iron man 2 and spidy stuff.
