I am looking so forward to this guy. He never was my favorite but seeing this figure makes me realize how much I still enjoyed him. The other twon NEED this guy to be complete. They just aren't the same without each other.

I'm still hoping for these in 7-inch scale 'cause money and space are so scarce.

I am afraid real fur would be hard to do, probably impossible. Sculpted fur just would not cut it. |

Man, Leo is looking great! By far the best sculpt of the Turtles.
Doesn't hurt he's my favorite Turtle either!

Oh come on, you are being so biased! He has a fat nose! I mean I like it but it is definitely is not the best. I am a Raph fan and I still think that Mikey is probably the best sculpt, but second to Mikey it is for sure Raph, lol.

Definitely can not wait to get Leo. He is my favorite TMNT. He will go great with my Ralph and Donatello.

I hate how much I want these and have no place to put them. Such a good price too since if these were 1/6 scale and like $150 they'd still be selling.

NECA usually does great work but these turtles have looked particularly good.

Has anyone heard a ship date from BBTS on Michelangelo? I had ordered one through NECA on evil bay and paid the $17 UPS shipping... they had a nice game of rugby with the package and then the one I got had a ripped belt and glue damage on the front of the shell so I sent it back. Learned a lesson to wait for BBTS because they have never sent me defective merch, I am just incredibly impatient... their Site says September and NECA started shipping out at the end of August... getting antsey.

Interesting. MIGHT get 7" Shredder and Foot. kinda "meh" on them.
Really hoping this new licensing agreement allows Neca to make collectible-level Bayverse TMNT characters. I would get the turtles to have a set of each, and I love the movie versions of Bebop and Rocksteady, but would probably pass on IronShredder.

Nice to finally see a sneak peak at Shredder. Not sure if I will go for the 1/4 scale or 1/12 scale. Before I knew about the smaller scale I would have jumped on the larger figures, but it seems like they are aiming to continue the smaller line and from a space stand point it would certainly be better to stay with the smaller scale.
The good thing about NECA and Game Stop is that we may see BeeBop and Rocksteady in their 80's cartoon versions. Then again, first we would need to see a Game Stop release of the 80's turtles and Shredder set. |
