I like it. I'll probably settle for the 12 inch version depending how much the 24 inch is.

I think it was said the 24inch will be $44.
If the Neca one is around $30, and isn't a pain to find like Pacific Rim toys were, I'm going with NECA's.

That seems reasonable. If I can find a place for it I may go with that.

Just to clarify for those interested the measurements given are the figure's respective lengths, not heights. At least that's what I've heard from NECA. I really enjoy the relatively incomparable detail and general awesomeness of NECA's figures, I hope the first godzilla figures sell great enough to see more made in the future.

Based on the pics, I'm guessing between 5 and 6 inches tall on the 12 incher.
If I can find him at retail, he'll find a spot on my toy shelf! |

My previous post is not based on any factual basis or measuring whatsoever.

I think the 12 inch long looks pretty good. I have a pre-order for that one. Surprised at the small feet though. It looks like it has good articulation. Looking forward to it, along with the other Godzilla figure coming in the line.

NECA says that the smaller one (12" length) will be in scale with the Pacific Rim figures, so probably just over 6" height. Based on that scale the 2' long one will be around a foot tall.

Look grand, I'm looking forward to these along with the classic Godzilla figures. Hopefully this is a line that'll get some waves behind it and doesn't peter out.
On a related note, I saw these on BBTS. First time I've seen some of these Bandai figures, and they're in stock which I found weird. The "collector" looking ones are alright, I like the MechaGodzilla. Hopefully Neca makes one of those next wave. Godzilla Toys, Action Figures, and Collectibles |

How big is the "Destruction Pack" or whatever Godzilla? I wouldn't mind a little Big G for my desk.

I just don't dig the design. I may get the six inch to fight of my gundams, and Mazinger.

Dunno as that's the first time I think those photos have been released of the toys, but if BBTS has them in stock then I'd imagine retail stores should be getting these soon? Reckon you don't have to wait long. |

That's good to know. Since BBTS has it listed for 8.99 I'm only guessing it's pretty small.

For the love of God! Somebody please fix his feet! Those feet are absolutely unacceptable & ruin the entire figure.

Cant do anything about the hoofs, thats just how they designed him. I believe in Neca to be accurate on this one.

Oh I will be owning one of these Godzilla figures
They so need to make one as tall as the Pacific Rim 18" Gipsy Danger & Knifehead. |

That looks amazing. Hopefully the QC on this line won't be too bad. I can't wait to see who all the do if the line sells well enough to continue on for a good while. I know they're low on the totem poll, but I would love to see NECA make figures of the Hanna-Barbara and '98 Godzillas.
The larger '14 Godzilla being 12" tall still seems a bit odd to me, but I having said that, it's still going to be tempting. Even if I also get the 6" version first.
