So what the heck is that horn/blade helmet looking accessory he comes with? At first I thought it was the horn the Yautjas call the predator hounds with, but Falconer has the bird scout robot and Tracker Predator runs the hounds.

That would be his falcon hence falconer. It was the bird/robot device that was shown quickly in the movie.
