Same moulds as the singles, most are slight repaints.

Are the colors the same as before too...if there is a new color and not used before , i say it's a new version...like it being a darker or lighter shade of red or yellow....

then using your definition I'd say the first 2 are new but I'm relatively sure the 3rd one is the same as the one that came in the Gigantic battles pack and I can't tell about the 4th

The Extremis armor is exactly the same paint as we've gotten twice before. Pretty sure the only one with paint that is different enough to matter is the Bleeding Edge from the Heroic Age pack.

What I had heard was that the Thor/Iron Man comic that is being shipped again has slightly different paint (more matte I believe). It even has a new UPC for some reason. It's hard to keep all the Extremis releases straight as there have been so many.

The Extremis Armor in the Avengers set looked a bit darker to me, but it might have just been a darker wash used on the fig. The bleeding edge is definitely a different color palette from the single carded one, so is the Thor and the Red Hulk, although the hulk uses the exact same mould as the new single carded Hulk, which is also the same Hulk in the Avengers Comic set you have pictured in your post. As for the big box one, I only got a brief look at it so I really can't say for certain. For the classic avengers version it's just a slightly different shade of gold, really hard to tell unless you put them side by side, but it's there. Hope it helps
