My thoughts too. I personally prefer just a static background with scaled props compared to folded cardboard. I looked at the pics and My eyes instantly focused on the areas where panels were folded. Reminds me of a PlayStation 1 game. Looks too unnatural.
Still, for those that like it, awesome! Always prefer more options than less.

The building one looks amazing, but I just don't have the funds to spare on these type of things no matter how awesome they are.

FINALLY! Some proper 1/18 scale sets. I will get these. I may eventually get the sewers and sector 7 too. The 1/12 sewers can work for 1/18 for the huge scenes in Spiderman and Xmen that depict oversize tunnels with big fights in them.
