I like them, especially the Holographic Armor. Very cool. Are these 3.75"?

These are pretty meh for me, especially the HB armor. The comic version just blows this one away IMO.

I plan on buying both Hulkmonger and HoloTony at retail but most likely passing on camo Machine. The Kmart one is HARD to beat, the paint apps on that one kick all ass.

that is a bucket of fail right there ~ the camo war machine's not bad, but wholly unnecessary. Theres a reason all the non-movie characters gather dust while the 'official' ones fly off the shelves...
Let's talk about a multi-pack of drones, mmmm-kay Hasbro. And more bad guys for the Comic series... (and i still want a Blue Stark Racing car with "driver tony" and the suitcase) |

I actually like that War Machine. I didn't buy the 3 3/4" version because of the stupid gigantic minigun missile launcher, but slap on an accurate one like in the photo and a cool alternate paint job and you've got my business. Although a 6" would be even better...
The hologram / stealth one is cool too. Actually, all three are pretty cool. I'll probably pick them all up, plus the drones whenever they come out.

These are probably concept wave figures to go with the movie ones(fury, widow, stark, rhodey), and upcoming comic ones(modern armor, centurion, etc).
I wish they'd do more armored baddies and comic cast though too. I'm all for the comic based armors to be covered, but I'd like some more character variety too. Especially after the awesomeness that Titanium Man and Dynamo are. |

I mean I can't fault them for the idea to retool the mold so as to get more use out of it. I can see the logic behind the concept here, I just don't think it really works that well. Last edited by Paxtin; 05-18-2010 at 05:33 PM.. |

the hulk buster and war machine look like custom jobs not actual figures I mean why reuse the monger body and not make a new hulkbuster design to me thats fake and the war machine looks like a shitty repaint only one that looks real is the clear one.

I like the Holo armor, it even looks like a new sculpt, and I totally believe that the War Machine armor would get a camo paint job. My problem is with Hulk Monger, new head and all, because the mold in no way fits any comic appearance. Plus, he has open palms what is he going to do slap box the Hulk?

Their typical track pattern from the past years has been to retool/repaint every mold at least once.
