Excuse me, but I think I know Chuck Norris when I see him.

Looks really close to scale for his nanite armor. It is thinner than his previous suits, so the height loss can be attributed to that. Where the others add about 6 inches of height and outward plating(suitcase armor really only about 4-5 inches), that armor is about roughly only 1 inch thick to maybe 2 inches. So it's really close to scale of the 4'' figures.
Oh it definitely was. |

Oh it definitely was. I remember Red Star being a John Wayne lookalike, and there were a few Predator homages too. I’m wondering if I missed any on the way. |

Speaking of quickie customs, I added a couple figures to my AoS collection. Mack is just a movie Roadblock with an added beard and the tattoo sanded off. His gear is from MTF as well as the shotgun part of his shotgun axe (the axe part is from Vort). Fitz is a Jurassic World Owen with a SHIELD badge glued on. I bought the figure because I needed the armor, so, what the heck, why not make a Fitz? The "not quite Chris Pratt" face makes a passable "not quite Iain De Caestecker". Just stick some tech gadgets in his hands and, bang, you've got a Fitz. Last edited by Villano; 05-18-2018 at 09:25 AM.. |

This issue would look great in a Comic 2 Pack blister. Maybe some Marvel video game can guest star Chuck Norris (like Ryu or Megaman) and we can get some more cool Gamerverse figures. |

I used that Outback body for my Crossbones custom and used the leftover head for a quick Chuck Norris. I just painted the hair more realistically and stuck the head on a Marauders Task Force body.

Both the head and shield are from Vortious. The logo on the shield is a waterslide decal I got on eBay. The other decals in the set worked just fine, but I had a hell of a time getting them to stick to this shield. They kept coming off when they dried. I had to cut the decal bigger than I liked so I could add some glue to the edges to keep it down. Not sure if the problem was with the decals, the plastic, or the raised star on the shield.

I liked that Owen figure when I saw it because it is just so ordinary, but I don't know about Fitz. He is really a skinny geek. Probably hard to find a figure that looks that skinny though.
