It is confusing. Amsco is not a board game per se. Just a cardboard playset. Adding to the confusion, the playsets were made by board game maker, Milton Bradley. Let's just hope Hasbro sees the added play factor in these great playsets as an opportunity, to boosts sales in 3.75 figures.
It's not a bad idea. Could work as a playset like that would be easier, including storage. But not sure how cost efficient it is either. That's one of the issues to the line in general right now, including GI Joe. Trying to get prices down, not up higher. Be something to look into conceptually. Has potential. Looking at cost though. For play factor would need at least 3 figures. Then the cardboard designs/printing aspect. You're looking at a 35-40 USD set as low ball estimate. Not exactly market friendly, and then how retailers sell it. Doesn't exactly do much as an eye catch unless you display it standing, then it takes up a ton of shelve space. Maybe if it can be consolidated some to a one figure 20 USD small cardboard set. So the box is closer to Marvel legends standing size. Something to experiment with maybe. Really not that different than the Primal convention release tbh. |

Here's a crazy 3.75 inch question for Hasbropulse,
To increase sales of all 3 Disney brands (Star Wars, Marvel, and the Princesses) can HasLab create a crazy huge Disneyland Castle in 3.75 inch scale? Just like your 3.75" figures, a serendipidously named "Marvel Universe" themed park is coming to Disneyland. Star Wars Galaxy's Edge is coming to Disneyland. The Princesses are in Disneyland. All our little girls and boys need, is a huge HasLab Castle, to bring home Disneyland's happiest memories. Just in time for Walt Disney's 100th Anniversary in 2023. As an added bonus, it shall boost sales in 3.75 inch figures - for all 3 - of your lucrative Disney licenses. Last edited by Super Joe; 08-27-2018 at 01:50 PM.. |

Like I said. Sounds a bit too much like how Toy Biz lost the license.

I too like a HasLab Helicarrier for Marvel (as I do a HasLab Barge for Star Wars). A 100 years of collectors will love a HasLab Disney toy, supporting Hasbro's Princess 3.75 figures. Any crazy question we can give to help 3.75 figures (as a whole) can hopefully bring back MU 3.75 too.

Brought up a good point. Dwight Stall is qualified to retire in at least 2021. Till then we got to do all we can to help 3.75 inch figures.

Is anyone else backing the Amazing Heroes Kickstarter? I am and I’d like to see it fully fund. Who do I need to talk to around here to get something front paged?

Big Bad Toy Store is having a sale on 3.75" figures. The Marvel stuff is from the most recent waves, but there are some cheap figures for custom fodder.

I would love to, but with all the Boss Fight stuff I have to catch up with + their incoming stuff, and playing catch up on the Sectaurs figs that I somehow missed, I can't at the moment. If it funds, I will get some eventually though.

I'm not on Instagram and I'm wondering if anyone can kindly post my questions below. I'm saving my "HasLab 100th Anniversary Disney Castle (2023)" question for later (2021) when Dwight may finally retire. Thanks in advance!

"Target carries lots of cool exclusive retro toys + boardgames. To further the line, can Milton Bradley re-release a retro Amsco "Marvel World" with a 3.75 figure? Its a great way to promote 3.75 figures (at another section of the toy aisles). The Amsco set was featured in Comic Book Men (episode 207) and celebrated as one of thee greatest of its kind."

"Several 6 inch collectors are already quitting, cherry picking, or needing a breather - from the blistering abundance of 6" figures. However 3.75" figure collectors had starved for years, from the paltry little available. For the sake of both scales, can you pass to Ryan Ting; the pending need to balance the Legends "portfolio." There's a 100% certainty in higher plastic / petro costs and higher inflation. Kindly ask Mr. Ting not to put all eggs in the 6 inch basket."

Anyone thinking of getting Dreadstar might want to look at picking up the comic pack version of the 25th Anniversary Scarlett G.I. Joe.
Speaking of female figures, though, if anyone’s interested, I’m currently trying to sell off a modest collection of MU figures, including a few of the earlier girls like Firestar, Mary Jane, Punk Storm and Mystique. |

Hey, long time lurker, first time poster. Figured I’d introduce myself. So far as you know, my name is Korg. I have enjoyed collecting action figures my whole life, and have recently gotten much more into them due to having more spare time. Namely, the Hasbro Marvel Universe line and their 3.75” “Star Wars” figures as well. I like comic books, rock music, and the thought of somebody else in Dwight Stall’s job. Cheers.
