No customs here, guys. There's a whole thread specifically for Marvel Customs now.
http://www.toyark.com/marvel-customs-thread-112960/ The rules of this thread are quite clear and are in the first post. |

Wow, so if anyone recalls, a couple of pages back I wrote how my case from BBTS showed up and had two defective figures, the Kang and Punisher. I assumed since it was a case unopened I couldn't return it, but hey, I figured I'd ask BBTS if they would do an exchange.
Well, lo and behold, they offered me either $20 credit for them or I could exchange the whole case for a new one. Slightly a pain but hey, I really was bummed about the junky leg that wouldn't stay on on them, so I choose to send back the case. Then, I get an email from them saying they found they had Kang and Punisher there in stock, so they would just send me the replacements and I wouldn't even have to go through the process of sending them the case, waiting for the new one, etc. And today, they sent me the shipping confirmation. Now, after dealing with crappy customer service from TWO websites previously for my figures (Smalljoes and PGT) and those horrible experiences, I just assumed the worst, but aces to BigBadToyStore for totalling winning me over! |

When my GOTG 3 pack arrived and Starlords arm broke that day because of how hasbro QC overlooked him, they replaced him before the week was even over. I was prepared to send the whole 3 pack back, but they sent me a new starlord so now the broken starlord has been pillaged for custom parts and I didn't have to fuss with shipping anything back. |

I LOVE bbts.

Heck, when I pulled out the 2nd busted figure from the case, I was disappointed completely and my fears confirmed, but they had responded to my email within hours and were awesome about it. Next case...coming from them! |

I just got She-Hulk from the Wolverine AvsX two-pack from Toys R. Us. I love it, but her head/neck is SUPER wobbily, does anyone else have this problem or a solution? or possibly one I can buy off them?
One that doesn't involve me sending her back to Hasbro? |

both of the comic pack she hulks and the single carded one that i'd gotten have the same problem. i cut out a couple tiny squares of notecard paper and put them in the head sockets for all of em to add a bit more friction. works fine.

NICE dio fifth fantastic. Way cool, especially with the clear one. I forget I still have that one. Great way to show that figure off. Best thing to do with clear figures, put some light through them.
