Mock ups..... it was never released. They use the prototypes for various internal use. From discussion, to marketing focus, to photos. There were a few floating a few years back. As the great Raf has pointed out, the last one went for $600 plus. A few went semi UN noticed and for under 200 I remember someone saying once and a few loose ones even floated.
These guys are now all over Facebook even.... gonna be a big bidding pool. Should be fun to watch!!! I know my guess of $300 plus should be quadrupled by the end! Edit: This seller has some unreleased ML figures as well. If this is you, check out his other items. Last edited by 3233rafael; 09-15-2014 at 11:52 AM.. |

Finally got around to working on Kang's chair. I have plans to mold this so that others can enjoy it as well. |

Arkers... Here's another one of those rare unreleased MU figures. GREATEST BATTLES COMIC 2 PACK MOON KNIGHT & ANT MAN on eBay. I might bid on this (if the price is right) just because of the rarity, but I don't collect MU two packs. If this is you, here's your chance amigos! I know a couple of Arkers who will jump on this one...

Folks... I got tipped off by a friend that the seller was going to take up an offer from some dude but this guy didn't have all the money yet. I contacted the seller and he said yes, it was true. My fellow Arkers, you guys know very well I wasn't going to let that happen so I stepped in and made him an offer he couldn't refuse, lol. Long story short, I'll post pics as soon as I get it.

Raf, I have determined you have that pic of Batman because you have Bruce Wayne kind of money.

Lmao, if I did I would've bought Hasbro & Mattel already! No, but the truth is that we are very blessed. My wife and I have worked hard to get to where we are today. So, when I see opportunity I jump on it my friend. My toy collection would cover any emergency cost for my children if it were necessary. That's how I see it.

Well, stay tuned because the seller told me that he might get other "boxes" full of goodies soon from Hasbro. He doesn't know if it'll have any rares but, you never know he said.

The point is, all the "regular" MU single carded figures I have, I found them at retail stores and I started collecting MU since wave 1, series 1. The only thing that I had to find other than retail were those rare variants. |

Yeah no doubt. I only got Hulk, Hyperion and Grim Reaper at retail, the rest all HTS. Still haven't found Wasp even.

I would LOVE to see a COMPLETE list someday. It is on you to photo, document and tell the story of ALL of this line. With great collections comes great responsibility.
A guy on Facebook posted a "COMPLETE" list last week. It didn't even have the SDCC single cards or the Compound Hulk or anything exclusive. He said anyone that counts the glossy/matte isn't realistic. Well, whether you consider those or not...they do exist. To NOT to include the black and white colour Cap but include the.Astral Dr. Strange and say that this list is complete seemed odd to me. If it has the MU logo, it is part of the line. All agreed with that...if it says MU, then it is MU. CRAZY thinking I know. Anyway..... you have your work to document the finished MU (single carded) line ringbearer.

I actually saw Wasp at retail a few times. But yup you know the first wave I swear will most likely peg warm because I'm sure most people just ordered the newer waves online. I knew I should have waited to get the Ares wave from HTS then BBTS :P Ah well. So what's after the Guardian wave? Is it the stuff that was shown from the SDCC if so probably won't see it till next Spring I'm betting.

After the Guardians/Wonderman Ionic wave, that's it until next year. Wave 1 was supposed to be the 2 Beast variants, the 2 Sandman variants, Bishop, Black Cat, and Big Time Spider-Man. And I think you're right on expecting those in the spring. |
