My Chinese ebay seller MU Black Cat arrived today. Just wanted to share with everyone on the thread. Arrived in near flawless condition with surprisingly crisp paint apps on her face. While I wish they would have recycled the Black Widow buck from the Avengers line, I'm satisfied with what we got. The only issue I had was an elbow joint that was stuck on her left arm, but it was nothing that an exacto blade and a hair dryer couldn't take care of...
With SHS Spidey, my go to 3.75" Spidey... I'll still probably be hunting for her MOC once she hits shelves, but overall, with BC being one of my favorite characters in Spidey's rogue gallery, it feels good to finally have her in my 3.75" collection. |

Black Cat looks great! I also prefer the Showdown Spidey, so thank you for their comparison!

It really sucks to finally get a potential female fodder mold in between the She-Hulk buck and the X-23 body, but have it cost $3-4 more than either of those better articulated figures. Passing on any of these 2015 3.75 figures until Hasbro's holiday sale.
Mindbending note: Chinese ebay listings for Black Cat, $16. At the same time, some Targets are rumored to be clearancing the Legends 3-pack at $15 and change. So you know those "price of plastic" lines they feed us are bullsh*t to some degree. lol |

Guys, this may seem a bit odd but I require aid with a project of mine. I'm attempting a series of Marvel 3.75" stop motions based on the comics, but I need someone or a couple of people to help me with creating a coherant storyline and choosing comic storylines to adapt, and also maybe a couple of voice actors. I've already made a shit tonne of customs for it, but I lack a a fair few characters so someone with an army of skrulls or the Fantastic Four who could take a few snaps to add to the film would be brilliant.
I was thinking of starting with Dark Reign & Seige (with Osborn being given SHIELD because of HYDRAs rise in CA:TWS) Anyone up for helping me? |

I got my load of weapons in the mail today from Marauder Gun Runners. Holy Hell these things are nice. I really never thought that weapons could get much better in this scale. I finally found the perfect weapon for my Retaliation Troopers that I'm using as Hydra. Picked up Old wave Human Torch & Spider-Man 2099 recently as well. I gotta get some pics up for you guys. Have a bunch of crazy crap in the works.

I have a collection rule that I only display figures of characters I know, so unless they've appeared in a comic, cartoon or film I've seen I don't display them. I used not to buy those characters on that basis, but after a couple of expensive incidents with characters like Taskmaster and Firestar, I buy them anyway and put them in storage, so presenting, my collection of non-display figures!
(I reckon we might see Red-She-Hulk might turn up in Agents of Smash eventually so she's on standby.)

I don't know if anyone has mentioned this yet, but if you live in the midwest near a Meijer store, they have been having all of their Marvel Universe figures marked down to $4.99. Today I was figure from the Ionic Wonderman Wave and from the Guardians of the Galaxy single figure wave at a local Meijer. Just a heads up.

It's super snug and the hair pokes out from the sides a bit. It'll do if you really want it to, though.

So, I got this guy with a casted cape in a one-to-one trade, and sorry to say, but anyone paying hundreds of dollars for him is nuts. In hand, he kinda sucks... my custom vision is definitely staying on display. =/

Vision is what he is and what he isn't. He isn't the best mu by any means, but his rarity and his flawless paint drive the secondary market, he is the trademark htf from the line, and will stay that way until hasbro re releases in any form

I hope they give us a new vision (or just repack the original) because of AoU. They re-released the Guardians of the Galaxy multipack figures individually because of the movies, and there has to be a demand for Vision just because of his rarity.

I believe it's been mentioned at various points that the mold for this body has been retired, so if they even bother with a 3.75 Vision now, it would probably be on some new under articulated mold sadly. Or, god forbid, they'd only put out a 5 p.o.a version. Weak sauce.

How dare you all question the great and powerful Vision! I'd like to know exactly how rare he is. unfortunately I think the time for a Vision re-issue has long passed, we got a reissue of x-force warpath in the three pack, and I really thought we'd see vision in an Avengers three pack at some point, but with the decline of offerings in this scale (no more multi packs specifically) I doubt we'll see a decent vision in this scale again for a while.

I wonder whether we might get a Vision as part of a SDCC set this year, with Ant-Man, Wasp and Ultron would make sense as it would tie into both Marvel films this year.
