Hasbro really isn't very smart. 4 inch fans are starving. I do not believe for a second that the under articulated 6 inch kids Infinity War line is a blockbuster. It peg rots everywhere. That level of sculpt and even that bad articulation and I think they sell just as many to kids and then the 4 inch collectors pick up some as well. So they are at least selling more.
And yes I want a super articulated line, but will take anything at this point. the only real issue being oversaturation. |

I had started looking into Asgardian characters for a custom project. That lead me to finally read the Thor Ragnarok issues. Good read, but it went WAY too fast. Ragnarok should have been a year long event all on it's own. Anyway, that led me to the other Disassembled books which ultimately lead me to start reading the Avengers: Disassembled issues...and my god these are terrible!!! Bendis is a horrible, horrible, writer. The dialog flat out sucks and the story make no sense at all. I'll bang out the last couple of issues real quick, but this is just terrible stuff. Terrible. I don't know if I can read any of the other related books.

Jackieboy! You're still around. I thought you'd vanished to the ether. I've got to clean out my inbox but I haven't forgotten about what we discussed. I just haven't made any headway yet. I'll shoot you a message soon.

Speaking of which has he tanked Superman yet? Last I heard first thing he did was pretty much write Lois and Jon out of the series.

It seemed like half the dialog was either the word "why" (he seriously put that into the script like fifty times in the first issue I read alone) or some version of "aarrgghhh" over and over...and over! I went ahead and finished the other couple of issues and now I need to purge that crap from my memory. The Scarlet Witch did it! Because she's crazy or something or other. Dead kids that never existed sent her into crazy town...again. For like the 8th time. I knew the story was bad but I didn't know it was that bad. And I won't even get into all the random super heroes that showed up to do nothing but take up background space. |

Yeah, still batting around ideas on making the suit accurate without sacrificing articulation anywhere. No "bulging muscles" in other words. It's a bit of a puzzle but I'll work it out.

I love seeing all the great customs on here... Your customs are ALWAYS sick Creator! I had the old toybiz Sauron, not sure why we haven’t got one yet. I did see a Jurassic Park Dino that looked like it could be used as a good Sauron upper body. Quote:
Also I see another day, another set of 6” legends reveals for the Captain marvel movie.. if I can get a 3.75” Gemma Chan Dr Minerva that would be great |

depends what version you are looking to run with, classic appearance will pose an issue.the more modern renditions have a "fitter" looking version of the character.you could sculpt over the buck to make it look less ripped.

Speaking of comic art... Disassembled somehow got me thinking of Avengers Mansion itself. Then I decided to google it for some odd reason which led me to diagram breakdowns of the mansion which eventually led me to how many times the mansion was destroyed which then led me to a side note about Hydro-Base and it getting destroyed by Loki which led me to finding the issue that it was destroyed in which then made me search my "digital archives" where I went back to 1 issue before it was destroyed just to check out the cover and see if I'd read the issue already or if I could skip it and get right to the destruction, and lo and behold, this long ramble led me to the "comic cover" piece that was included with Blaastar from that series of the MU run. (How's THAT for a run-on sentence!) So of course I had to read the issue and Blaastar is a cold blooded bastard! He slaughtered an entire group of people that saved him from dying. And killing them quickly was him doing them a service. This is one lethal, vicious psychopath!! This guy just shot up by a factor of 10 on my villain scale. All that only took about 30 minutes, btw. Anyone have any ideas for an Angela head? I’ve got the body, but in just not sure if there is a head that exists that works. My painting skills are limited to paint pens and I can’t paint a cast head so that’s out.
