Some more WIPs for MCU Peter Parker/ Spider-man with different Luke Skywalker bodies.
The one on the left is the Dagobah body mold modified as stated, the one in the middle uses the Medical Frigate body, and the one is a Return of the Jedi Endor VC figure with new knees, hands, and 3.75 Legends Spider-Man ankles to become the FFH suit. Both the Dagobah and the RTJ bodies have clone wars Anakin elbows replacing their old neck joints. Now they have lateral and hinge motion. I will eventually get the AMC FFH minifugre to use as the head. The second picture has them in poses to reflect their pose-ability, my overall favorite being the frigate body due to the hip clearance and the diaphragm. The head is a modified Legolas head from the 3.75 Hobbit line, since it was closest likeness of Holland I could get from this scale. The neck is wade of the RTJ hand. Shave the head and will eventually resculpt on the back. Before, the head was just too elongated since the original hairstyle was bunched up Last edited by Agemo; 12-07-2019 at 10:20 AM.. |

Felt the Far From Home WIP from the other day wasn't very obvious or worth displaying, so I decided to spruce it up with some cheap tape O got from walmart.
Sanded the ankles, Wrists (to make them thinner and more streamline) and torso down some more and tried my best to get a decent looking mid-progress. The early tape-design I tried placing the Legolas head on just so it would look cooler, not a perfect fit but not bad. The headless pics are the modifications I did around the torso and lower arms. AT least this time I'm proud to display it. |

Nice job Agemo, i see that you like to create also. I prefer to use the Marvel Infinite female legs modded for my Spider Man as they already have swivel thigh, and rocker ankles, with double jointed knees. Supreme articulation....

Anyways, sadly MU 2.0 female-bucks are somewhat hard to get on my budget (with the exception of Valkerie). Plus it's been a while that I've paid any attention to my Comic-figures, just now getting back through the MCU. My complusiveness can tell when a movie figure uses comic-style parts. Good news is that I'm going to test that out soon with using the Movie series 3.75 Bucky-Cap to convert into a Vision. It's plain and well proportioned enough to where it should work. Just ordered that and a SW figure with wrist hinges for just $7.56. Also got the AoF 3.75 figure as well. Anyways, thanks for the kind words and cool customs. |

So after figuring out a recipe for a decent Spider-ham (Spider-ham bootleg Lego head with Mega Bloks comics Spidey Body) I figured I might as well make a whole crew of Spider-verse characters at some point (why do I only lengthen my list, never going to get anything done).
So does anyone have any tips on how to make an appropriately tall Miles? The MU one is clearly too tall, so I came up with some Ideas. 1. Two Robin custom figures I found used the Boba Fett Clone Wars figure. Only Con is that he may be too short. I might be able to work around that. 2. Kaiyodo Ultimate SPider-Man Vignette Venom suit. Only Con is getting pass the weird articulation and the somewhat exaggerated style. of Bagley's art, which I don't quite suit Miles. 3. Somehow sand down a female figure into the right shape, like another Robin figure. Might go with Boba fett. So far Pin-hip SW figures never let me down for Spidey. EDIT Think I came up with an idea. I'll either use the type 2 body from DC or the Alpha Blanx from Native Toys. I'm leaning towards the DC body, mainly ecause the Alpha blanx seems too bulky. Also, I looked it up and thought he was 5'6? Looking back, I think that was when he started out in his own Ultimate Universe line. He way WAY shorter than even Gwen if you look up the funeral scene. |

Had a bit of a rough day, so decided to put some focus into making a jacket for my WIP HC Homemade suit.
The one with the velcro is actually pretty functional, but is a bit snug as well as having a bit of a choppy looking hood. The Hood on the second one is better, but the jacket itself is even more snug since I didn't account for the amount of room left with gluing. Overall, making progress. Might need to simplify it though since I'm going off the cuff and winging it, I'm not taking any templates whatsoever despite how bad of an idea it is. Since I actually have Legolas's "tunic" just down the middle like a coat/jacket, might use that as a reference for the base since I think I can make a clean hoodie without a guide. Just pinch the back and fold the bottom ends inwards, and adjust to the shape of the shoulders. |

I might have Thursday to myself to paint. At least want to get started on the blue and add silver to the web shooters. Then I'll have to work on making Spider- Emblems for the Far from Home body. Might need to actually draw if for the front, since paint doesn't work that well for the tape, but i might be able to use my white tape to "cut out" segments for the basic shape on the back. Yeah, making the MU miles shorter will probably fix the major problem I have with it.

Thanks, when I'll attempt again I'll try to take decent work in progress photos for the rest.
