Hulk is from the Twin Pack Series 3 that came out as a TRU exclusive in 2010 and Astonishing Wolverine is from the Apocalypse BAF series.
This is a good reference for what figures belong to what series: MarvelLegends.Net - Marvel Legends

Those were mostly prototypes back in 2009-2010 when ML was going through its limited 2 pack releases and this display was meant to inspire fans to vote for the fans choice figures.
Many of these were eventually released (Hulk, Warpath, Deadpool, Valkerie, Winter Soldier and Black Widow with the much preferred cleavage and recently Constrictor). But again, many of these were just prototypes so changes to the retail releases, if Hasbro chooses to actually release them are typically expected. For example that X-Force wolverine is just a repaint of the Red Hulk BAF series mold and the actual X-Force wolverine Hasbro released was a new mold and so much better. So pretty much we may or may not get some version of the figures you see here that haven't already been released. Also, as was revealed at this year's SDCC Hasbro Marvel panel, 2013 will be using a new Female mold beginning with Moonstone. I'm betting her Dark Mrs. Marvel variant will also be using this mold and not the prototype in the display you posted.

I finally found the Walmart Amazing Spider-Man! It's quite awesome, too. Especially the webs! Also got my ML Jigsaw that I ordered from Ebay. Pic time!
My (partially) assembled Avengers are first up. Accidentally left Hope and a custom MU Deadpool in the shot, so ignore them. And Punisher versus Jigsaw: |
