I live about 70 miles from the Mexican border, and while I was able to find the Walmart Black Panther early in Nogales, I have yet to run into Silver Surfer in my trips down to the border.
August and September though feels like an eternity to wait for Surfer and Thing. Hopefully they'll show up a bit sooner than that. I picked up a set of "berzerker claws" over from Casting Cave for my Wolverine, and despite the amount of work to get them set, I'm really happy with how they came out. This things are beastly, and they make the other claws that Logan came with look puny in comparison. I'm probably gonna get me another set once the tiger stripe Wolverine drops. Better yet, I now have an extra set of claws to properly fit into my X-23's feet, meaning I can dump the placeholder metal claws I installed on her recently. "I go...where I wanna go..." A word of note to anyone thinking about getting them, they are a deceiving amount of work to get clipped and set into your Wolverine's hands, and you will need to do a bit of sanding and maybe even some drilling, depending on how large the holes are in the back of your figure's hands are. Once set though, you're gonna love them. I promise. Last edited by donmeca2020; 05-05-2018 at 08:53 PM.. |

There's already been several versions of the McFarlane Spidey. Frankly, I don't understand what the big deal about him is. His stories and artwork always ranged in quality. There were times MJ looked like she had been hit in the face with a sledge hammer with writing that matched.

Before going to see Infinity War I was going to give up buying MCU figures to save space, having seen Infinity War now I want all the MCU figures.

So my son just showed me a pic from toys r us just like the one posted earlier with a shelf full of X-men wave Phoenix figures but this one also had Rogue figure along with Phoenix.
So I’m curious if it was any of you Arkers? If so please PM me, I never found one in the wild around my area and would like to work out a deal if you could snag one up for me, thanks. |

Did you try heating the hand before changing the claws to make it easier? The claws look really cool but I'm not sure that I want to change every Wolverine figure to these. But one figure would be pretty cool. |

I was just scrolling through ebay to see if there were any good customs on there....what's with people charging crazy prices for extremely lazy "customs".
We're talking simple head swaps on easy to find figures with maybe an added accessory for $70.....c'mon.... |

Couple questions,
1. When you buy a set of claws, do they give you enough claws for one hand or two hands? 2. Did you try heating the hand before changing the claws to make it easier? The claws look really cool but I'm not sure that I want to change every Wolverine figure to these. But one figure would be pretty cool. 1. Would you buy a set of claws, you are given three claws per set meaning you are going to have to buy two sets to complete one Wolverine. The claw set was relatively inexpensive, and I ended up paying about 12 dollars shipped for both hands. 2. Heating the hands wasn't going to cut it. When the closet arrived, there is about an extra half an inch of resin on the end of them where the ball peg was that needed to be clipped off and sized for each claw. Once clipped down, the ball peg was still too wide, and needed to be sanded down around its perimeter. The claw holes on my Juggernaut wave Wolverine were freakishly tiny to begin with, and not drilled very deeply, so I needed to drill them out just a tad bit to get the peg to fit just right. Even then, they were still prone to popping out, but I ended up gluing them on in the long run, as that Wolverine already had non clawed hands and I had no intention of popping them in or out of the figure again due to fears of eventual breakage. The claws are made of resin, not the soft plastic that Hasbro uses, so they could break if you fiddle around with them too much by pulling them in and out of the sockets. Here is a review of them that helps clarify what I'm saying a bit. It's pretty much spot on, with the exception that the reviewer doesn't show the extra length of unfinished resin at the end of the claws when they arrive in the mail. |

Even though I didn’t ask the questions I still thank you for the info as I want a couple sets. Thing is I went to the ecrater site and could not find them in the store, is there another location to buy them?
